Last minute reservation due to my train arriving late in the evening. Hotel is fine, dated and not renovated but clean and decently managed. A 15 min a walk from Okayama station in a nice part of town. Breakfast was very good, they also have a daily happy hour that provides free beer!

I'd not only old is very dirty also, the walls are very dirty and yellow they need to be repainted and the carpet is awful you don't even want to use the slipper as they plastic made. The bed cover are awful too the bathroom door is full of dirt around the lock. We try to contact them several times by mail or message by Trip to receive our luggage by ta-q-bin and change and for a non smokers room but they've never reply. I took a scale from reception and I have to clean it before use it as has got a spider underneath and after all the dirt we have to clean when we went for the breakfast they made us to wear plastic gloves obligatory for serving our food, is a complete nonsense that the dirtiest hotel I've been and they've made me wear gloves!!! Really ??? They have free beer and drinks I think trying to compensate so bad service and installations. The receptionist very impolite and the woman at the buffet treating us very unrespectfully. Is the first time I've been in a place like this in Japan. It was a disgusting experience and if all the hotels that we are booking with trip are going to be like this one we are not going to use Trip anymore.

The bathroom bar is definitely cleaner than in China, maybe because it's old. Anyway, the table and bedspread look a bit uncomfortable. I ordered a big bed, and the bedspread made my butt itch after using it for a while 3. It's far away from Okayama, 20 minutes walk, mainly because the road is bumpy all the way there, it's really not friendly to pull a big suitcase. From the hotel to the nearby dining place is basically equivalent to walking back to the station. Even the convenience store is less than 10 minutes away, which is definitely not the distance to buy water in slippers and coats. 4. I spent a long time looking for the name when I checked in, and I met a wave of business meeting guests. Who said Japan is quiet? If it's a good place, it includes breakfast, and the variety is quite rich. Early in the morning, curry rice, French bread and coffee...

Conveniently located near the city hall and Chuo-cho shopping district. A short walk to AEON and Omote-cho shopping street. An old and convenient hotel with a high cost-effectiveness.

I was looking for a cheap place to stay for a long period of time, so I chose this hotel, which is quite far from the station. I knew it was a hotel in the Tokai region, but I never expected it to be such a rundown and dirty hotel. I will never use Kuretake Inn again. It's just so dirty! Even though the room was spacious, it was like a one-room apartment, with curtains and lace curtains. They were really black and I wonder how many years they haven't been washed? The walls were also full of dirt and peeling. The bed springs were also too worn out. There were cigarette butts left on the balcony. The front desk staff's attitude was about to become cold. I messaged them before my stay, but they ignored me. When I asked them if they didn't even read my messages, they just said sorry. Maybe they were distracted by that, but there was no explanation about bringing amenities to the room. There was no explanation about breakfast or anything else. I saw a sign for an ice maker on the 4th check-in, so I went, but there was none. When I asked the front desk, they said they didn't have one now. The washing machine and dryer are free, but they are so dirty that I don't feel like doing laundry. The curtains in the room are also rotten. The noise from the ventilation fan is loud. Lack of cleaning. There are so many things to list. I wish they would make a little more effort to clean it up by inspecting it. Even at just over 6,000 yen per night, I still feel like I lost out. I couldn't relax. This was the sixth hotel I've stayed at in Okayama, but it was the worst. The only good thing was the croissants at breakfast were delicious. Breakfast is free. Sorry for this incoherent writing.
