I'd not only old is very dirty also, the walls are very dirty and yellow they need to be repainted and the carpet is awful you don't even want to use the slipper as they plastic made. The bed cover are awful too the bathroom door is full of dirt around the lock. We try to contact them several times by mail or message by Trip to receive our luggage by ta-q-bin and change and for a non smokers room but they've never reply. I took a scale from reception and I have to clean it before use it as has got a spider underneath and after all the dirt we have to clean when we went for the breakfast they made us to wear plastic gloves obligatory for serving our food, is a complete nonsense that the dirtiest hotel I've been and they've made me wear gloves!!! Really ??? They have free beer and drinks I think trying to compensate so bad service and installations. The receptionist very impolite and the woman at the buffet treating us very unrespectfully. Is the first time I've been in a place like this in Japan. It was a disgusting experience and if all the hotels that we are booking with trip are going to be like this one we are not going to use Trip anymore.

I was looking for a cheap place to stay for a long period of time, so I chose this hotel, which is quite far from the station. I knew it was a hotel in the Tokai region, but I never expected it to be such a rundown and dirty hotel. I will never use Kuretake Inn again. It's just so dirty! Even though the room was spacious, it was like a one-room apartment, with curtains and lace curtains. They were really black and I wonder how many years they haven't been washed? The walls were also full of dirt and peeling. The bed springs were also too worn out. There were cigarette butts left on the balcony. The front desk staff's attitude was about to become cold. I messaged them before my stay, but they ignored me. When I asked them if they didn't even read my messages, they just said sorry. Maybe they were distracted by that, but there was no explanation about bringing amenities to the room. There was no explanation about breakfast or anything else. I saw a sign for an ice maker on the 4th check-in, so I went, but there was none. When I asked the front desk, they said they didn't have one now. The washing machine and dryer are free, but they are so dirty that I don't feel like doing laundry. The curtains in the room are also rotten. The noise from the ventilation fan is loud. Lack of cleaning. There are so many things to list. I wish they would make a little more effort to clean it up by inspecting it. Even at just over 6,000 yen per night, I still feel like I lost out. I couldn't relax. This was the sixth hotel I've stayed at in Okayama, but it was the worst. The only good thing was the croissants at breakfast were delicious. Breakfast is free. Sorry for this incoherent writing.

Business hotel, cost-effective, small but complete. Located opposite Okayama City Hall, walking distance to Okayama Station, AEON and other shopping districts, convenient for travel. There are also many restaurants around. Breakfast is also rich.

The hotel is very good and easy to find. It is about 1 km away from the subway station. It is also very clean. The breakfast is self-service. The hotel may have been open for a long time. The facilities are a bit old. Overall, it is good

The accommodation fee is relatively cheap, and the location is quite close to Okayama Station. The breakfast is reasonable for the price, but not luxurious.

I stayed here for a tennis tournament. The facilities in the room, such as the washing machine, were very helpful. There was some inconvenience due to the operation of only one elevator.

The hotel needs to completely gut the carpets entirely in the hotel. The entire plaace smells very strange and I believe its because of the very old carpets. Although very convenient ij terms of location and the staff is very nice as well, I would stay here again because of the smell in the hotel. Hopefully they renovate soon, may be then I can think of staying here again.

It's 15 min away from the station, but service is good. Rooms have washing machine and microwave inside.

It was close to the store I was looking for and was reasonably priced. The staff's guidance was particularly good and accurate.

I was able to stay at a low price near Okayama Station. The bed was large and the perfect height, and there was a smoking room, so I think it was sufficient for a business trip.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my son for the Okayama Marathon. Breakfast was included and delicious every day, but it would have been even better if they had made arrangements to serve breakfast from 6am on the day of the marathon. The room was not cleaned properly, and the inside of the fridge, the air conditioner exhaust vent, and the cup tray on the sink were dirty, so I cleaned them myself. Only the smoking room was available, so it couldn't be helped, but the cigarette smell bothered me.
