It was much better than the other business hotel I stayed at the other day, but I thought it would have been better if they had provided better quality shampoo and conditioner as amenities.

It was easy to sink into the mattress. It would be nice if the air conditioning could be adjusted to adjust the temperature.

I stayed here on a business trip. The room was well-cleaned and clean. It's conveniently located not too far from the downtown area. There is an affiliated parking lot nearby.

The advantage is that it is close to Okayama JR Station and Korakuen Garden, but the air conditioning is not enough. The breakfast is simple but delicious, especially only eggs.

It feels very good. There is nothing to complain about. The hotel service in Japan is really impeccable.

Convenient transportation, overall good!

It's a bit of a walk from the affiliated parking lot, but you can park there for 1000 yen from 3pm to 10am the next day. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and there are many restaurants and bars nearby, so it's convenient. Amenities are not provided in the room, so it's a good idea to get them near the front desk before going to your room.

Excellent location, clean and tidy, considerate service

Located on Momotaro Odori, about 2 minutes from JR Okayama Station/Okaden Okayama Station, 1 minute from Nishikawa Greenway Park, close to ICOTNICOT, good location. The nearest convenience store is Lawson. The single room is slightly smaller, and the 27-inch suitcase is just flat. In winter, heating is provided. The refrigerator must be turned on to cool down. The use of the door key is not intuitive. Breakfast includes bread, soup, coffee, juice.

When using the bathroom, water flows backwards from the drain. There was a time when the toilet part of the unit bath became unusable because of the garbage floating up. When I asked the staff to clean it, they wiped the bathroom after the dirty water was gone, but they didn't bring me a replacement of the bath mat that was covered in dirty water unless I asked. It's good that they replaced the bath mat, but this time they didn't collect the dirty bath mat. When I complained a little, he said, "Please give me some time after checking out." I was able to check out without being called out. By the way, the person who responded to me when I checked out was The person who took care of the cleaning. When I said thank you, "Thank you for last night." I'm very surprised about the hotel's response, but I'm generally satisfied with the good location. If you don't like it, just don't go there again. I used it when traveling. It's not new, but it's clean and convenient, and there's a convenience store on the first floor, so it was comfortable. For breakfast, we had bread, *, juice, soup and coffee. It was delicious. It was nice to be able to choose the hardness of the pillow in the bedroom. I would like to use it again.

This is my second time staying here. Close to the station, very convenient. There is a Lawson store downstairs, which is convenient when you want to buy something. It helped me in many ways.

Free snacks are served in the morning, and take-out coffee is available until 8pm. Because it is near the station, department stores, convenience stores, and restaurants are not a problem. Clean and good water pressure in the shower. There was only one smell of the washroom. Cospa is good even if you deduct it.
