But I was asked to pay one hour overstay charge for this! I am not sure what to make of it, but I feel extremely generous giving 3 for this hotel.

Location is best very close to station (1min by walk) and AEON Mall and other places are connected underground so don’t have to worry even if it is raining. I forgot to bring umbrella so worried to go to AEON Mall from there but underground way was the best. Breakfast cost you 3000 JPY might be slightly expensive but awesome have variety of choice.
