Is right at night spot area about 7-10 minutes walk from the JR station. Good for people wish to stay late. Front desk staffs are nice and helpful. Can’t ask for more for this price. A definite choice for limited budget guest. Even with a bath tub 👍

Staff in this hotel we’re very eager to please guests. The list of amenities offered ranged from herbal tea to an offer to provide a softer mattress if it was needed. I did not need it. The all you can eat breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of choices. Well prepared. I recommend not going to breakfast in the last 45 minutes of the window, because there were fewer choices then.. The location is excellent. It was walking distance to the hotel, and to the Korakuen Garden and Castle.

It is still staying at the moment, but the cleaning is very cluttered. I write things like my mother-in-law, but it was a level that made my throat worse in house dust. There is no hotel that has to clean the room even though I stayed. It is easy to make the image as good as the image by advertising. I left my luggage as I was, went to the city to eat, go to Korakuen and come back. When it was time, the personnel were also strengthened, and the check-in was made by the attendant who responded comfortably. The hotel rooms were made of a stand and a mattress. The building itself is quite old, but cleaning is done. The large bathroom was beautiful because it went early, but the coin locker 100 yen return ceremony. Go out early 々 and prepare for dinner. We used it for business. The front desk was empty around ２１ when we arrived. It is a little difficult to understand the entrance, but you will go up to ２ floor by elevator. (The entrance is closed at ２４, and then a card key is required) The elevator will always stop once on the ２ floor when you go up or down. Room clothes are not prepared in the room, so they are taken out of the locker equipped near the front desk. The room was highly confidential and the noise outside was blocked. There was also a humidifier, so there seems to be no worry about drying.

The location is good, close to the Tenmaya bus station and all sorts of shops are found in the vicinity. The room concept is also interesting. Wooden floor with futon sets so that you kind of feel staying at a ryokan. But what I didn’t like was the inflexibility of the hotel. The cleaner came around 12:20 to 13:00 everyday and regardless of what you do, you have to accommodate the cleaning schedule unless you decline the service. Because of this rigid scheduling, I thought the hotel could accommodate my request to check out at 12pm, one hour later than the designated check out time, which I think is accommodated by most of the hotels worldwide, especially when I know very well that the cleaning doesn’t start until 12:20. But I was asked to pay one hour overstay charge for this! I am not sure what to make of it, but I feel extremely generous giving 3 for this hotel.

Reasonable rates. Straight line distance to Okayama Station. Will definitely stay here again if I am in Okayama.

The rooms and bathrooms are all clean and very satisfying. The whole family was comfortable with a large size that could afford to put an extra bed. There were plenty of amenities to choose from, and it was a very grateful consideration for us who forgot our toothbrushes. Our favorite is breakfast. Thank you for the variety and delicious breakfast ♪ The miso soup was very delicious. It is very close to my son's school and is very convenient in front of me at a big supermarket. We stayed here for three nights and the location is great as you can walk to the Bihan historical area, as well as the JR station and Mitsue Outlet Mall which are around 750 m away. There are a myriad of eateries in the area, from izakaya to ramen, and a tonkatsu restaurant with a Michelin star. The hotel provides amenities such as yukata, dental and shaving kits. There is also a high tea with some sweets and some savouries. Breakfast is included in the price and you collect the boxes from the lobby. It was similar on all three days and included cold sandwiches and salads. If you want coffee you need to buy a hotel tumbler for 1000 yen, after which hot drinks are free flow. Staff were friendly, particularly the younger ones wearing the blue shirts, such as Ms Pek from Korea and the young Indian man. The exception was the female floor manager in black suit, who was effusive to locals but did not seem to know how to deal with foreigners. Overall, it was a good hotel stay.
