Self-service check-in, there is no one at the counter, and if you don't know how to check in, you won't be able to find anyone to help. At first everything seemed ok. But the room had a password lock. We stayed for three days, and at 9:30 on the fourth day while we were still sleeping, the door to the room was suddenly opened with the password from the outside. After my boyfriend yelled, the man quickly closed the door and left. Why on earth would anyone have the password to our room? Fortunately, I have a boyfriend. What if a girl lives there? Super unsafe.

It was a new hotel, so it was very clean and nice. The location was also good as it was close to American Village and Aeon Mall Rycom. Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was tasty enough. Overall, it was a good value hotel.

As I booked fairly early, I got an excellent deal. It was well worth it. The location wasn't too difficult to find, especially if you do your homework on Google Map. The staff, as expected, was very friendly and helpful. I didn't find one who spoke English but they still tried their best to communicate. There was plenty of parking on the lower floors of the hotel with elevator access to the other floors. The size of the room was good and bigger than the average Japanese hotel rooms. The major disappointment was the setups in the room. There was no closet, dresser or even hooks on the wall for clothing. The toilet and the bath area were separated as normal for many Japanese hotels. However, they were separated far enough and that the toilet area has no soap or even place to put soap that made it a little inconvenient. We were given only one keycard at first, which was not good but accepted. But what we didn't realize was that even the mini-frig in the room was connected to this power grid. That's something I have never seen in any of the hotels I stayed in before. In other words, when we leave the room and took the keycard with us, everything we put in the mini-frig became warm. The free breakfast was good but the restaurant was toward the small size. It doesn't have to be full to get quite crowded with limited space to move about. Overall, it was okay.

the room is a little bit bigger than other hotels we’ve stayed in Japan. had a big window and bathroom. the check in and check out went smooth also only 500 yen a night for the parking.

雨降りでも牧志駅から濡れずにすぐ着けるので、 那覇に行く時は必ず利用させていただいています。 立体駐車場にも直接行けて、 1階にはタイムズレンタカーもあります。 1階にはファミマがあり、 横断歩道を渡ればセブンもあります。 残念ながら目の前のローソンは3月いっぱいで 閉店らしいですが。 遅い時間まで営業している飲食店が周りにたくさんあり、 遅い時間の便で着いた時にも難民にならずに済みます。 ホテルは安心のロイネットクォリティ。 人生で一番宿泊しているホテルです。 次もその次もよろしくお願いします。

Matsuyama is a small version of Kabuki town in Tokyo, but it is a cheap steak shop and restaurant, and I am a woman, so I return to the hotel at 20 o'clock, but it is a good hotel that can be convinced by my uncle who likes to play at night. Especially this time, it is a single woman traveling single, so the hotel side also took care of it, and chose a good high floor because of the view. It was a plan to receive women's amenities. The building seems to be never new, but the room is clean, large, and the corona fin is equipped with a safe air cleaner and sterilization liquid in the room, and the front desk staff is polite and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The unit bus I was worried about and the bathtub was wide and I was soaked in hot water slowly. Anyway, the information that is clean is important for women. Well, 〜 I brought it from the front desk without a disposable slipper, but it seems to be really prepared, so in this corona, the usual slipper is privately filthy and cannot be used. It seems that it corresponds to the woman's eye in that point, and I was able to spend calmly on the last night of Naha. The renovated Fuzhou Garden that I wanted to go was also close and safely went out. I will come to stay again! 業務のため、ホテルの部屋で仕事をする必要がありました。満足です。椅子が前と違って、腰にやさしく、机もいい高さです。ANAの２９日のセールで急遽、とてもリーズナブルな値段で予約させていただき、ありがたく思っております。ネットが遅い時がありましたが、この時期なので、許容範囲です。部屋も使いやすい仕様です。ありがとうございました。

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times. Whenever I travel to Okinawa, I stay here, exclusively and usually for two to three months at a time. The hotel is typical of a Hilton branded hotel; very nice and exceptionally clean. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The thing that sets them apart from the others is how friendly they are. They make you feel like you are coming home after a long day of work. It doesn't matter if you are speaking with a desk clerk, a house maid or the general manager; they are all wonderful. I am going back in about 10 days for another 2.5 months and I look forward to seeing all the wonderful people at Doubletree Naha! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Southern Okinawa. Great hotel at a budget price!

Although the room is quite small, it provides all necessary facilities you need when you stay in a hotel. Breakfast was good. Location is the best. One annoying thing is the smoking area at the front door of the hotel. We smelled it many times when we walked in or out from the hotel.

There were a lot of home cooking menu, so is it worth the amount of 5,000 yen? The part seems to have an impression of 々 and 々, but I was very satisfied and ate too much. I settled it locally after the meal. Breakfast was lined up shortly before 6:30 at the start. There was plenty of room at the time of opening, and even if everyone entered the store, there were still vacant seats, but it seems that they were full and waiting around 7:00. Breakfast was a completely different menu from the dinner buffet, but there were plenty of menus and there was also a menu of Okinawa cuisine. I also enjoyed it and ate too much. The staff only saw the friendly and pleasant ones. Even ministers like luxury hotels were not as if they were dealing with each other, but for me, I didn't stretch my shoulders, so I could relax with this kind of customer service. If you are looking for a customer service like a luxury hotel, you may have a different impression from me. I also carry my luggage to my room. I think the amount is a little cheaper than that of a luxury hotel, so I was very satisfied with it.
