Great place to stay, with great food and services!

This hotel is very clean and the beds are comfortable. If I ever need a staycation or if an emergency arises, I know I can trust this hotel to provide a good night’s rest. I recommend! I wish they had an ice machine.

Chris was the most unorganized, untrained, and incompetent person I have ever had help me tonight. His manager was no help because he was at a concert and not able to get my booking from his emails. I stayed here twice before and never had any issues checking in. I hope this review is helpful to someone. Several people tonight had similar check in issues but no one waited a full TWO HOURS like I did. Good news I’m already checked in at Staybridge suites in less than five minutes.

Modern decor and efficient design guest rooms. TV had alot of channel options-local, sports, (golf channel too!) etc...

Chris was awesome to check in with. Gave us all of the info we needed as well as convenient places to eat too.

We love everything about this sleek hotel, this is our 4 th stay on our way to California. Only things that were not good was the sausage and biscuit, the baking soda was very strong in the biscuit and very salty, I fortunately my husband had a stomach ache for hours after eating it. Also the omelet was supposed to be vegetable and egg white… no veggies to be found in mine or anyone else’s that I spoke to. Totally tasteless. But that won’t stop us from staying at the Avid!!! Maybe someone could change the biscuit recipe or change it to an English muffin instead.

The hotel was okay, nothing special. Unfortunately we stayed during cold temperatures and the heater in not one but two different rooms didn't work. We ended up with a loud rattling noise all night long. Front desk, both night time & morning crew, stated they were sorry but they had no maintenance person on staff. We ended up checking out after 1 night. The rooms are small as well and definitely needed more attention to cleaning in the bathroom! Would not recommend.

Avid is well located, easy to access area amenities. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar. Well stocked snack bar. Tile floors make it a better fit for warmer months in the OKC area.

The staff was very friendly, the hotel was nice, but the rooms are tiny. I felt as if I were in a cramped European hotel room. There is barely room to turn around and I was staying by myself. I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be for 2 or more people.

Great hotel beds were amazing very compact but a great stay. Will certainly be back
