Hampton Inn & Suites Oklahoma City-South

I had been on the road for 3 weeks and was heading home when rain hit hard going into Tulsa. I kept going thinking I'd run out of it and didn't until OKC where I took a wrong off ramp and ended up lost in OKC on a wet Sunday night. I finally found a Cheesecake Factory that was open and thanks to their wonderful employees, got me headed back in the right direction. I was very tired after 12 hours of driving and was giving up hope on finding a decent hotel on my way out of town when I saw this place an a couple others. I pulled in here and even though I was happy to just have a place for the night, I was surprised when the room rate went up right in the middle of me getting registered. I did however, appreciate the nice, updated room with a step-in shower and high-boy toilet! I was so sick of stepping over bathtubs for the last 20 days. This was by far, the best night I spent in any hotel during my travels. Never could get the Wi-Fi to work.

This hotel is the real deal. I travel during the year for work and have the opportunity to stay at many different hotel locations. This hotel really is what Hilton chain hotels should should strive for. What really makes this hotel special is the staff and cleanliness. Big thanks to the manager Sammie and Amy for making the stay great. Everyone who works there is willing to help and the location is great too. Close to great local food and shopping. If you are in the area looking for a great hotel they will not disappoint.

Not up to Hamptons standards. The room was extremly worn out. The couch and chair looked dirty, stained, and old. The carpet had dirty spots and was tearing up. The bathroom wall was dirty. The beds were not very comfortable. We left a day early because of the beds and state of the room. The common areas look good and were clean. Also, the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. The best part of the hotel was the employees All the employees were friendly and helpful.

The hotel in okay for what it is it’s cheep, but the fact that I get to a hotel at 6 pm and I am not able to hook up my systems to the tv because they don’t allow it is quite annoying! This is the only hotel in OKC that I have not been able! It is quite annoying just gonna twiddle my thumbs for the next 4 hours I guess.

My wife and I stayed 1 night. The property is "OK" for a 1 night stay, but not what I expect from Hamptons. The price is reflective and appropriate. All of my issues were maintenance and age related. Examples: plastic shower door that drags so hard to slide, heat/ac that can't maintain a comfortable temperature, outlets and lamp that did not work, etc. Everything we ran into, I could live with for a one night stay. No issues with staff or services, they were great.

Front Desk Associates Mercedes, Wendy, and Kelsey are gold-star employees. All three go above and beyond to ensure that you have everything that you need. Mercedes upgraded my room to make sure that I had a quiet stay. Forever grateful to these amazing people. Breakfast hostess keeps items replenished and fresh. Room was very clean and had everything that was needed. The new wall shampoo and soap dispensers are great . . . use as much as you need so you don't have to deal with the small, difficult to open, single-service bottles. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is available in the lobby 24/7. You will enjoy your stay.

We had an awesome stay and the young man running the front desk helped us out because my wife had put in the wrong begin date! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast with waffles eggs sausage biscuits cereal all sorts of juices toast and coffee was awesome to start our day

Very nice representation of the brand. The room was spacious as it was an end room. It was a little dated. But everything was clean and in working order. Microwave and fridge in the room. Comfortable bed. And a stall shower. Very quiet hallways and good door closers. Price was standard for a close to airport hotel, 10 minutes away. Close to food and shopping.

The desk clerk was a pro, checking in 3 groups quickly and with a great attitude. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool. The location was central to where we needed to be. A good selection for breakfast and coffee available at any time.
