I was under the impression that I was getting breakfast as part of the nightly deal. Not so, there is an extra charge and so, we ate elsewhere if we ate breakfast at all. I got sick while there with a stomach bug, and the maid service was a bit less than desired. We had to ask for more coffee, more towels, to get the trash emptied (they got the one in the bathroom, but did not even look at the one in the great room.), and the ice machine was not working on our floor, had to go to another floor for ice. I know this sounds petty, but when you are dealing with something like a stomach bug, they all add up to more discomfort. Staff were nice.

There was No body wash in dispenser while taking my shower.
No Kleenex; but 3 tissues in the box, rust coming from bathtub spout. Epoxied bathtub and caulking was less than desirable, I can do a better job and have.
The staff was super nice and gave me a breakfast voucher, she was kind and readily delivered those missing items. and I will say the breakfast was excellently prepared.
The service was great. They stated on a sign newly renovated but it needs work. It wasn’t worth the $$ and my key points for use.
But kudos to the staff. The right people are in the right positions!

The breakfast costs money, so that was disappointing when we got there. The pool was also really cold, so not worth swimming inside. Other than that, the hotel room was clean and staff was great.

3 night stay I, never got any coffe replaced, ice machine was broke, early morning staff was so loud laughing in the morning woke people up in their rooms. No prior warning of facility undergoing renovations and lobby was a mess. Not what I’ve come to expect from courtyard. Disappointed

Not good we were told it would have free breakfast it did not. They were also remodeling the lobby and we were not informed before.

The hotel was under renovation and the bar was closed. The hotel photos and amenities were deceiving because the website showed pictures of the adjacent restaurant, which looked lively, but the restaurant was closed and is being converted into conference space. There was a weird smell throughout the hotel that made the building seem old, even though it looked modernized. Although I was pleasantly surprised by the spa tub in my room, I will not be back to this property. FYI, Tuesday and Wednesday are heavy business travel days. Weekends are quiet. If you're on what I think was the north side of the hotel on a windy day you can hear the wind loudly whipping around the building. Very annoying.
