I would recommend staying here, didn’t give five stars only because there was a strong smell in the lobby and the hallways. It smelled like they had put a lot of perfume scent in the carpet . Don’t get me wrong I like perfume but that was way over powering for my allergies. Other than that the room was very clean , good shower and breakfast had a good variety,

The location is good We booked a King suit sofa bed, the room was very hot and told us to give it 30 minutes once we got to the room and set it up at lower set point, but we felt like the ac was not working properly and its super hot in July in OKC why do they even turn the ac off. The room did not have refrigerator, and microwave even thou the website said so. The front desk had two employees working, the female employee was new and on training. the male employee was very non-chalant didn't care about what we were saying, the only thing that he could offer us was refund. The female employee did care and was very concern wanted to find a better solution for us but she was override by the male employee. at the end we left and Hampton inn came to our rescue. BUT DO NOT BOOK SAVE YOUR TIME

The Good Things: Clean, Good Breakfast, Friendly staff The Bad Things: We had listed our special instructions in the on-line reservation but none of the needs were met. (Simple requests: Top Floor so we wouldn't be in a room under the "Stomping Family", mainly requests for a quiet room). We were in a room on the 2nd floor (below guests who didn't care how loud they were at midnight and 4 in the morning.) The room didn't have the usual hotel items: Do Not Disturb sign, pen and paper, guest guide notebook, etc. The coffee maker in the room didn't work.

When I checked in, I learned that there is no regular housekeeping service for the rooms. You have to arrange for it in advance. My room had somebody else's hairs in the shower and the vacuuming only had included the center of the room, not the edges. There was no microwave and no dresser. The linens were not high quality. However, there was a big breakfast buffet with meat. Management never communicated to me that they were doing some remodeling. One day three men showed up at my room with the cabinet and the microwave and the new small refrigerator. They started to take the old refrigerator with all my food in it. Really strange not to be warned about this in advance. The public areas of the hotel were not clean either. For example the floors and elevators. I stayed here for 6 days and every day seem to be the same.

We had stayed at this hotel once before. So when we were faced with an unexpected need for a hotel due to a family member’s health issue we chose this again. It’s super convenient to several medical facilities. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are good (not great but I have back issues). They happily let us have late checkout because of medical appointments. Will stay again if needed!

We were very surprised how nice this hotel was for the price we paid. Hot and cold breakfast was good. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. Wish our room had a refrigerator. The common areas like hallways and stairways needed a good vacuuming. And floor by elevator needed a good mopping.

The hotel, the grounds, lobby, rooms, eating area, all clean and like brand new! Did they just build this place? When we got to the desk, Joseph explained the 2 rooms that we booked (with my credit card points) were booked and promptly canceled by Priceline. But the hotel sensed something wasn't right and kept one of the reservations. They weren't busy and gave us another room right next door to each other. He was very professional. The rooms were so nice. Clean. Keurig in the room. All Dove pump products. Walk in shower. Breakfast was extremely generous. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, eggs for sandwiches, sausage, cinnamon rolls, english muffins, muffins, oatmeal bar, coffee, yogurt. Much more that I'm missing. Large eating area. Only 2 issues were one of the rooms Keurig's and phone didn't work, but we didn't ask that they be fixed because we had the other room. I would definitely stay again. There were a lot of eating areas nearby as well to find take out. The hotel was quiet at night. We were able to bring our dog for a nominal deposit. I will book with a Holiday Inn Express again.
