The property location was fine for me. The Front Desk agent was pleasant and the building was quiet. My room was not at all what I expected. Lots of deferred maintenance. Walls scraped up and definitely in need of paint. Curtains were stained in several areas. Shower pan was awful. Someone did a half effort job at resurfacing the pan and it was peeling and appeared very dirty. Looks like they used to offer mini fridges and microwaves and they removed those. The Iron Board was torn and didnt fit in the wardrobe closet. MY remote had no battery cover. Over all very disappointing for this brand. Room needs to be taken down and at the very least wall knicks fixed, Paint the entire unit, deep clean along with a proper resurfacing of the showe pan. I will not stay here again.

No refrigerator, no hair dryer. We booked a room with two queen rooms, but they gave us a room with one queen room because they said ******* didn’t include details for what kind of room was reserved. They then said they couldn’t change us to the room we reserved through ******* because they were fully booked.

This is not in a great area, we tried to check in early, were going to be charged a fee to do so, wanted to check out early, were denied - Were told we'd be charged for the full stay no matter what.
The towels are so thin and small, provided only 1 bar of tiny soap in the bathroom, everything seemed cheap and minimal.
Staff was very unfriendly.

Our door was messed up. The lock would not open with the key. The front desk guy had to come up and hook up the charger to unlock our door on 2 occasions. Other than that, the room was great.
