I had booked this hotel for Saturday and it said I booked for yesterday. When I inquired and let them know of the mistake, they said absolutely no refunds, then called my cell phone in the night, I did not answer, my assumption is that I didn’t show up and they were asking why?!? I understand policies, I get it, but to be addressed directly after and knowing that it was a mistake and not even offering to switch the date is ridiculous. Money I will not get back, but also a service I will not ever use again.

Good place to stay. Comfortable rooms and a nice staff. Air conditioner didn’t cool as much as we like it this time but everything else was just fine. Full hot breakfast until 10:00 on the weekend. We have stayed there before and would do so again.

This hotel was the cleanest and best appointed hotel we've stayed at in a long time! The room had a kitchenette that was very well equipped and we didn't even know it came with one. The entire room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom fixtures sparkled. Altogether a very nice hotel.

Clean and spacious.
Excellent coordination by front desk to to instruct us to take shelter in safety corridors when tornado was approaching. Excellent and friendly front desk. Will use this hotel often.
