Last year it was better, they cut down a lot on the menu, there are no more cocktails in the bar (except for alcohol and cola), the room was a bit old, the Teodora building was newer, at night I was cold, I asked for a warm blanket, they no longer had it, only a waffle blanket, there were also no samples, there wasn’t even shampoo (I came for 3 days, of course I didn’t take it with me)

I came here with my friend and we liked here too much , the weather is good and see i have just one complain that is a bit rocky, othervise we like animation team there is many thing to do espacially evening programs are really good, food is good and we already booked for next year

We were happy here. Food was delicious and animation was funful. Pool bars sea is great beach great we had amazing time. Our room was clean and good. Special thanks to ceremony and buse they are working here with their smiley faces and they are helpful.

When we came in this hotel we Met very politely. In lobby bar ceren made us best Turkish coffee in here. Food was food in Main restorant. Buse was helpful and smiley thanks tò her a lot. We want tò come back again and again. We likes being here with my family.

I came here with my parents for a week, everything was amazing, a large selection of food, from sweet to salty. There is also food from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the beach restaurant, so you never have to worry about being hungry. Fast service and the food in the restaurant was also excellent. Nice beach, clean, warm water.

Hotel where you need to get up in 6 o”clock in morning so you can leave towel on sunbed- after that you will not find place on beach. Second thing is we are talking about 4 star hotel where your towels will not be changed for 5-6 days- you will ask them why is not changed, they will tel you -you didn”t ask.Person that is in charge for relationship with clients name is Sofia and she will not help you, she will avoid any responsibility and she is not capable to solve any problem, just to transfer on you that you are pushing her ( yes pushing her to do her work): 1. the hygiene in the hotel is very bad - you can see cats on the food counter where they later mix and bake bread (picture attached) 2. there are not enough sunbeds, you have to get up at 6 in the morning to find them 3. all the sweets you see in the pictures are of the same taste, there is no difference, it is boiled flour with milk and food coloring 4. an example of food is hot dogs for breakfast for children in some sauce, if they are not eaten, they will be fried with spaghetti in the evening and served as a children's menu 5. the girl who maintains the rooms in Jasmin block is one girl who can't achieve everything by herself - she is very tidy but she needs help 6. the hotel reception, which when you call to weigh your luggage, will tell you on the phone that everything is fine, and then when you get to the reception itself, they will realize that the same scale is not working, it is not working 7. if you have a problem with a guest due to his arrogant behavior, do not expect the hotel representatives to help you or provide any protection or assistance, the hotel seems to have no security and they only refer yours to the Turkish police - that way you are no longer their problem and that's the only "help" you get 8. the hotel is definitely not worth the money paid 9. agencies that sell this hotel as a 4-star hotel (the worst is a 4-star hotel) - I ask future guests to take into account that in reality it is a 3-star hotel for the middle class coming from Eastern Europe 10. the good thing is that they have a snack bar where you can find a burger, pizza and, french fries and galettes, so if you think you have found a hotel with a good kitchen, you are wrong, it will come down to fast food, the rest of the food is uniform and adapted to the taste of Russians - so for people from Europe you will eat mostly french fries and biscuits especially children 11. the bazaar, which is located not far from the hotel, is not suitable for tourists, there are no marked prices in the local pharmacies, so don't be alarmed if the seller asks you for 7 euros for a piece of medicine and 8 for a box - that's because a bag of medicine not the house but the box must be ticked 12. the only good thing in the whole story is the sea which is beautiful, clean and warm - I made my decision based on that but believe that the interaction cannot be avoided and yours will be followed by a bitter feeling 13.

I had a great time at Justiniano Hotel! Perfect for family vacations with clean, comfortable rooms and delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the animation team ensured a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation and fun. We arrived here for the first time, we have been met nice. The territory of the hotel was green and nice 👍 The food in the hotel was delicious, we were fully satisfied by the restaurant and the stuff here. Generally this hotel is great no any complaints about it, I would like to recommend this hotel to others to come!

We came from England with my friend, we really enjoyed it! All day there is many things to do. Animation was super especially evening shows and dj was playing viral songs and sea was clean workers were friendly too! We really enjoyed here, already booked for next year!

I came second time here, I brought my friend, food was delicious 10/11, animation was super and fun all day many activities you can do, evening show was stunning and dj was super, beach was really clean and tidy this hotel fun and confortabile for 7 to 70 ages.

we came here with my family and really enjoyed, people was really warm and friendly, room was clean only problem was bad internet connection, and sea was a bit rocky otherwise sea was clean, animation was super we really liked every day evening programs and activities during day, there is many thing to do, thank you justiniano family)

We are in this hotel in the second time, as previous time we were quickly checked in. After taking rest in the evening of second day being in hotel we have received a small gift! We were surprised by this, thank you Justiniano! The food took good route, stuff was very pleasant and polite, thanks them for it 😌 if to talk about our room in this hotel, it was also in good condition, stuff cleaning rooms everyday. generally a thousand thanks to this hotel for good met ❤️
