La nostra esperienza negativa della Sardegna parte già dall’alloggio. Il residence si presenta all’esterno discretamente ma, lo stesso, non si può dire dell’interno del nostro appartamento. Pulizia davvero superficiale e approssimativa. Nel bagno, il water (che era chiuso con sigillo di carta che attestava la santificazione) all’apertura presentava dei residui fecali. Nella doccia c’erano dei capelli attaccati alle pareti del box, per non parlare del sifone rotto. Lenzuola bianche, con una bella macchia arancione e qualche peletto sul cuscino. Per non dimenticare poi, della doccia fredda e del phon che non hanno funzionato per una giornata intera e dell’assenza di una cassetta di pronto soccorso in reception (neppure di un cerotto e dell’acqua ossigenata) sebbene sia obbligatoria. Forse l’angolo cottura era l’unica cosa ben pulita che, però, non abbiamo utilizzato. Le cose positive sono il servizio di reception disponibile e cortese, ottima posizione, bellissima vista.

Pas de clim alors qu’il fait plus de 30 degrés dehors et qu’il n’y a pas un brin de vent c’est l’enfer ! Un canapé lit complètement défoncé et un ménage qui laisse à désirer. Heureusement que cet hôtel est assez bien placé sinon ce serait terrible !

Il residence Costa Ruja si trova in un luogo strategico, tra Porto Rotondo e Porto Cervo e circondato dalle spiagge più belle e più famose di Olbia. Il nostro appartamento offriva una meravigliosa vista mare, pulito e ben attrezzato. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. A 900 metri si trova la bellissima spiaggia di Rena Bianca e, per chi lo desidera, è disponibile il servizio navetta. La disposizione di appartamenti e villette è molto carina e circondata dal verde e dai fiori. L' appartamento è stato fresco in ogni orario nonostante il caldo eccessivo.

Fabulous residence, super friendly staff available at any time. We closed out at 2.30 at night and by informing the reception, the housekeeper sent us to open even on that occasion, super kind and fun .. I recommend it to everyone

The structure is very beautiful and externally cared for, it looks like a tourist village. Our room had a sea view and had a spectacular view of the Gulf of Porto Rotondo. The rooms are furnished a little retro with some dated ceiling fans, but overall the room is functional and fully satisfies the needs of a traveler. The room has a small living room with kitchen (our fridge was not very well cleaned and it smelled like some previous tenant's onion). The structure provides only one towel kit per person for the entire stay, the rest must be paid separately. The spectacular view of the gulf pays off for everything, even the location is strategic (halfway between Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo) a few steps from the "rena bianca" beach which can be reached on foot (or by shuttle of the structure). Fi doesn't work very well. You have to go outside to get the signal.
