The location to the beach was the reason we booked at White Sands which made the 4 night minimum booking worth it! It was an easy 10min walk to the beach & what a beautiful beach! We rented sunbeds & an umbrella & loved every minute we spent at the beach in that magical water. Sandro the Manager was very helpful and was happy to recommend local restaurants. The pool was also lovely, but with lots of families using the pool, it was busy which was absolutely fine - preferred being at the beach anyway. The room was very pleasant - A/C was much appreciated, but it is all about the location to the beach. Disliked · We had to supply our own good dishcloth & tea towel as none supplied, also only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied for a 4 night minimum stay - didn't feel we should have to ask, so just bought our own.

Posto tranquillo immerso nella natura vicino alla spiaggia di Porto Istana raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Struttura ben tenuta con piscina privata e bagnino. Sandro molto gentile e disponibile a dare consigli sui posti da visitare.

Fantastic stay at White Sands, very comfortable and charming apartment on lovely grounds with a gorgeous pool. Only a stone's throw from a really stunning beach. Everything was very clean, and Sandro was very helpful. A short drive to Murta Maria with lovely reasonable restaurants and cafes. Cafe Nonnas had great coffee and the best pistachio croissants. Restaurant Murta Maria had great pizza, and Il Fare was well worth the drive, but do book ahead. You definitely need a car here. Will stay again. Porto Istana beach is stunning. WiFi needs improvement.
