Recently renovated, the room was really clean and comfortable. Very close to a path down to the beach, great for little ones.

OMG where do we start, internet does not work, end of story despite their excuses, more than four rooms occupied no internet, reception is a waste of time, they cannot, will not do anything to make things easier, they threaten you with the police if you dare to argue with them, the hotel is a joke, they show you rooms with a sea view, however they do no tell you that these rooms are privately owned and the only room available to anyone who books looks out over scrubland or neighbours gardens, there are builders there who have been there forever renovating rooms on the ground floor, we travel a lot, In all honesty I have NEVER in all of my travels come acorss such an inept bunch of people in all of my life, this could be a lovely hotel with the right management or the right reception staff unfortunaltly you have neither, do this place a favour sell to a company that knows what they are doing, do you not read your trip advisor reports, you only reply to your positive reports which are 1 in about 20, get real and read the rest, they are sending you a message, you are crap, sell the place to someone who can use the location and stop being the pratts that you are, full on the 31st January? dream on. you are a joke suck it up and get real, pictures are of the damp in the room we were given, we were told use this room, leave or we will call the police.

Eu a minha esposa e o meu sogro fomos passar umas mini férias no novembro passado e a estadia começou menos bem, mas acabou melhor, a limpeza do quarto não estava feita e camas não estavam feitas, mas, o staff (recepção) fez o que podia para nos alterar o quarto e colocar-nos em um outro que estivesse limpo, estava médio limpo mas foi um late check-in e não havia muito mais que a recepção pudesse fazer àquela hora. No dia seguinte a limpeza foi bem feita. Em relação à preocupação e disponibilidade do staff nos dias seguintes, nada a dizer, foram sempre muito cordeais e disponíveis, aliás a forma muito bem disposta como lidaram connosco nos dias seguintes fez com que a estadia tivesse sido muito melhor e que a situação inicial fosse ultrapassada. Quero em nome dos 3, dar os nossos parabéns pela boa disposição do Sérgio Hilário e desejar que tenha muito sucesso na carreira, é preciso ter boa disposição para trabalhar no turismo e no atendimento ao público e sendo eu da área de turismo ainda maior foi a satisfação. Don’t stay here
First room was not suitable, asked for alternate room and it was worse than the first. Apartment had a musty smell, air con barley worked, had mold in the bathroom, bathroom wasn’t clean, coffee maker didn’t work and we were expected to pay for coffee while waiting for a different machine. Fan over stove was filthy. Checked out a day earlier. The only positive was the location to the beach.

C'était une belle place pas chère !
Bon apart-hôtel, vieillot mais avec de bons équipements. Bien situé et tranquille. J'ai passé 12 nuits là-bas et ce fut tres bien. Mais, étant donné que l'endroit fermait en décembre et janvier pour de très grandes rénovations, les 7 dernières journées furent moins intéressantes car les ouvriers travaillaient tout autour de mon apart-hôtel. Donc, bruit excessif pas endurable. J'espère que les rénovations seront profitables car on demolit tout l'intérieur.
