Hilton Garden Inn Olive Branch

This venue is hidden gem at a great price. I looked at several places for months before I stumbled upon this location. I reached out to Phyllis Black and she immediately sent me information and scheduled a tour. Once I visited I was sold on the location. Ms. Black worked with me throughout the entire process. Whatever was discussed she followed up with an email to help keep things organized. Ms. Black provided sound advice and was always available when I contacted her. The banquet staff was helpful and awesome the day of the event. The banquet captain stepped up at the last minute and helped tie up some loose ends so I could get dressed for the event. The chef and his staff prepared a fabulous meal that the guest raved about. This place is a great venue to host an event and the staff is top notch.

Nice clean rooms

The hotel is amazing and the staff was great but the restaurant was horrible. The food taste like off brand frozen food and the prices are crazy high for the quality.

Room was clean but smelled awful!!! Could barely sleep because of the smell! It had a sewer smell, like old smelling dirty carpet that they tried cleaning! Unbearable.

We rented 2 rooms, both of which were very obviously not thoroughly cleaned properly. The 3 different desk staff members we dealt with all had bad attitudes and made it very obvious that they didn't want to be there.

All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was clean. We enjoyed our stay.
