This hotel is perfectly situated between the Ollyantaytambo ruins and Pikuylluna. We were very comfortable at Parwa House. It was very clean and the gentleman at the front desk wasvery kind and very helpful. The breakfast in room by the garden was wonderful with fresh bread and fruit. The scrambled eggs were made perfectly. We would wish for less harmless, tiny bugs in our room. They are attracted to the white walls at night and disappear in the day. Also, a window cover in the shower would be a nice option (though all we it looked out to were trees). Small matters. Two of us didn’t know how to use the shower properly and had cold showers that was probably more our own fault 😂 than the hotel’s. Please note, you need to climb about 20 steep steps to get to the entrance off the main road. Backpacks are best to have (as opposed to suitcases). Ollyantaytambo is cobbled stoned, so I imagine almost all hotels are not suitcase friendly.

Excellent B&B. Sr. Jorge went above and beyond to make us fell confortable. We stayed 2 nights on our way to Machu Picchu. Great breakfast and excellent location on a quaint spot of town. Walking distance to the fortress of Ollantaytambo, train station and many excellent local restaurants. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Great little guest house in Ollantaytambo. Jorge and his family are sweet and hospitable. Lovely room, with comfortable bed and good shower and hot water, at a reasonable price and central location...close to square, but far enough that it's quiet. Amazing views also

Wonderful, clean, and incredibly cute! Jorge and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. Our room was perfect with a gorgeous view of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, juice, eggs and bread. We were honestly sad that we could only spend one night here. Would absolutely stay here again if we were to come back to Ollantaytambo!

We chose Parwa House based on a YouTube video we saw and our actual experience was superior to that portrayed! Jorge is truly a super-host and he is ably assisted by his wife and family. Our quiet room was very nice with an amazing view ,a quality and very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Our breakfasts were very good with a wide assortment of choices. Our stay was for three nights and we also had an excellent and very reasonably priced laundry service provided. Jorge arranged for us to be picked up at Cusco airport by Felipe, who not only provided shuttle to and from Ollantaytambo, but also served as our driver over the course of our 3 day stay to and from various visits throughout the Sacred Valley. Jorge speaks very good English and recommended we also contract with his nephew Marisimo for guide services. WOW, what can we say about Marisimo- a college trained guide who not only spoke excellent English , but whose depth of knowledge and guidance greatly enriched our overall travel experience!! We highly recommend Parwa Guest House as a great B&B, Jorge as a wonderful super-host, and staying in the authentic and charming Ollantaytambo as a focal point of exploring the Sacred Valley!
