We’ve had two lovely weeks at Perdikia Beach Hotel. The hotel is in a beautiful location near to all the main attractions but faraway enough to get a good nights sleep. We enjoyed the facilities, the pool is lovely and the open air bar with pool table is very close to the pool. Our family room was on the ground floor and looked out onto the pool. There were two rooms one with twin beds and the other with double bed with door on to an outdoor seated area. The shower was great. Wide selection at breakfast. The cleaners did an amazing job of keeping our room lovely during our stay. Reception staff were very helpful.

This hotel is in an amazing spot, it is spotlessly clean and very quiet and comfortable and would have got top marks if it wasn’t for the appalling Wi-Fi and the fact that getting into my room (503) was almost impossible without help and as it’s on the top floor it was both exhausting and frustrating climbing the stairs to get help every-time you wanted to get into your room. The door needs a new lock. The staff are amazing both friendly and helpful. Would return in a heartbeat just not to room 503.

I stayed here on my own for three weeks My room was adequate Cleaned every day with fresh towels, my cleaning lady was adorable Breakfast was turkish, but they have an omelette man (always smiling) who will also cook fried eggs if you wish...there was a great selection of figs, apricots, and prunes, and I had that with sesame seed paste, delicious The staff were lovely. The onsight turkish bath and spa is amazing and cheapest in olu deniz, well worth a try. The location is perfect, two minutes from the main ***** and 4 minutes from the beach

A small hotel in a great location near the beach which is really beautiful. The hotel is a short distance from the center, shops, restaurants... The rooms are small and not very clean. It is pleasant to stay at the pool with a wonderful view of the surroundings. The food is delicious but there is not much choice. The staff is not very friendly, but they treat guests correctly.

I was here last year for summer vacation, and this year I am very sad I did not come again. Hotel is old, yes but it was clean. Food was super and pool always clean. It was beautiful to watch sunset from the hotel to the mountans above. There are beaches that are great, bus to Fethie, supermarket near. And the stuff was nice.

Bit of a difficult one to review because the hotel is in a fabulous location but small and quaint and quiet. Breakfast was basic but wasn’t expecting much, fresh omelettes, eggs, watermelon etc, did me. The very big downside is the WiFi is non existent only around the reception. The room was clean and had nice touches by the cleaner, but my friend and I had double rooms for single occupancy and they were in the attic without a lift which was a nightmare in the heat, also the door had a key lock and that was also used to put the electric on, so when you needed your lock the door at night the lights went out, so you needed a torch or your phone torch, this is highly dangerous if there was a fire, there should be a few minutes delay before the lights go out. All in all though I liked the size of the hotel, and the location & it had a great spa.

Good location, near the main *****, shops and bars. Still not loud and you can a good sleep. Nice and fresh prepared food. It was half board. Familiar atmosfere. Room is little bit outdated and small but daily cleaned. Staff helpful and not too pushy. A great value for what you paid. Highy recommended.

I arrived in the early hours. First impressions is staff could have been friendlier which disappointed me as I’d read good things about staff. I was shown to my room by one member who told me the breakfast times. Had a shower after a day of travelling to find the shower head doesn’t attach to the stand so had to hold it. Mini fridge is stocked with wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks. Had to push the two single beds together to make a double. Room is basic but stocked with lots of towels and loo roll. Bed is reasonably comfortable. Can’t sleep with air con on as it also keeps the light on, but air con worked a treat thankfully. Breakfast is basic but does the job, boiled eggs, watermelon, bread and jam, cheeses etc. walking to breakfast I didn’t get a single hello from any staff. Hotel on the whole is quite old but still does the job. Second day room was tidied nicely, a lovely girl on the front desk helped me set up the wifi. The pool area is nice and quiet and enough loungers to get one at any time, background music playing which wasn’t too loud and overbearing. Hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shops, beach is very nice can hire a lounger for £5. As a solo female traveller I felt comfortable in the hotel and surrounding areas. Can’t comment on the food/drink outside of breakfast as I ate out. Quite a lot of noise from other guests in the corridor can be heard in your room but that’s expected. The hotel across the road had loud music on till around 12/1 a few nights. Overall I would give the hotel 2.5/5, just wish the staff were friendlier and maybe some more choices at the breakfast.
