Arrived here with a family member room was good but no storage for clothes apart from one cupboard, breakfast was good choice but didn't like the meals in main restaurant, we were enjoying our stay until I encountered the most nasty man who I found out to be the maintenance man after talking to manger as man at reception wouldn't give me his name when I reported him for shouting at me ,because I went to get breakfast at 7.45 I didn't know it was a 8am start so I asked reception if I could go in early when i seen 8am on door ,as I was getting picked up at 8.15 for jeep safari he said yes I could go get some breakfast, so I walked into breakfast area to be met by a man filling his plate with food I smiled and he started shouting right into my face in Turkish then making hand gestures to get out I explained the situation and he shouted not my problem then he started taking a video of me on his phone I went back to my room and was shaking my neice seen I was visible upset we reported him but nothing happened instead he followed us to our room and stared right into the room as if to say I know were u are ,I packed my case and said I needed to leave I contact jet 2 they sent a rep at 5 45 pm ,6 hours after I sent the message to them the rep wasn't much help he sided with the hotel manager who came to our room around 4.50 pm to say she just found out about the situation but she was there that morning we saw her in the breakfast area but i didn't know she was the manager at that time ,she said no one told her i find that hard to believe and she was saying its just his nature he's just like that ,well to shout into a woman's face for nothing and follow her to her room is not right this man should not be working with the public he has a anger problem, the rep finally came back to our room around 7 pm to say he found a hotel for the night but we would have to pay and make our own way, in which we did as I didn't feel safe in that hotel with that man around I've never felt so scared on holiday in my life if my partner was with me it would have been different but not two women them self this is a family run hotel they all stick together I wouldn't be surprised if the man in question was her husband jet 2 need to make sure this nasty man stays away from guests at this hotel.

Not really a review but just looking for some help with best contact details for this Hotel. We have stayed here before and need to speak to them regarding room allocation, in September, for a guest with limited mobility. I have tried email and FB but as yet have had no reply. i appreciate it's early but we would like to confirm this to give some peace of mind!

Can anyone help me with an up to date email address for the White Otel or suggest a better way to contact them? I need to request special assistance matters with them before confirming a holiday booking for September. I have no luck to date. TIA

Amazing time at White Hotel. Everything clean and sparkly. Rooms cleaned everyday and fresh linen. Breakfast and staff brilliant. Special mention for Happy Rose (behind drinks counter) Ahmed as he never stops working and student (forget name) who cakked us "crazy) and a love of para gliding!!!! Reception staff Oguz & Ozlom Hayat for printing of boarding passes and checking transfer pick up time. All staff everywhere veey friendly and helpful in other areas. We will return to this piece of heaven. Loved it. Pat & Ian

Second time at this hotel and I couldn't fault a thing. All the staff are polite, especially Ahmet he couldn't do enough for you. It's such a peaceful hotel, but a minute walk to the centre where there are bars and shops. I've already booked to go back next year!

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds, nice swimming pool, Lots of fruit trees around, kiwi, lemon, avocados and olives lovely feel of the Mediterranean. Rooms were a little small and basic but ok. Shower room was ok, the towels weren't clean at all had stains on most had to go and buy own towel. But generally if your not fussy and don't want to spend too much this is ideal hotel to relax.
