Hotel is ok, in a nice location, just the cleaning is not so great, hot water for a shower I could get just slightly warm, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work anywhere over there, not even at the reception! Checking is 2pm it’s ok, but even they have the rooms ready and the guests arrived before 2pm, they holding us and don’t let us to go to the room before 2pm! Breakfast was not great, say’s till 10:30am, one of the days I went 10:20am and more than half of the things were gone, and also I have asked a drink (tea) that never had been served! They didn’t have any drinks available that day for the guests! I think missing lots of think, the construction is old, but really great if they would have a bit more care about, need some refurbishment but still ok, the cleaners were very nice, friendly, but need to clean a bit better, always when I went to have shower was liking water under the shower box to all the bathroom, and the water stays there till they went to clean the next day! And also my small fridge was on, but didn’t work at all!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. And I will book for the third time. It has an excellent location - it is far from the center, where music plays until three in the morning and it is impossible to sleep even with earplugs. However, it is very close to the ATM and all ATMs, pharmacies, shops and most importantly, there is a bus stop to the sea (10 minutes). The hotel is calm, it is more of a family hotel. Both times I found the rooms very clean, spacious and with all amenities. I didn't see any old or broken furniture. The food is good, but there is not much choice. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, plasma. Not all hotels in the area have this! Believe me, I lived in 10)) there are disadvantages - lack of Internet in the rooms. But he is at the reception. Unfortunately, everyone mostly sits on sofas, since there are not enough tables. If you go on vacation and don’t need to work from a laptop, then this inconvenience will not bother you. I recommend.

Price performance hotel. Physically, the hotel is beautiful. The pool and breakfast area are nice. There is room cleaning. The employees are friendly.

The location is remote but there are minibuses available. It's OK.

For the price, the meat was good.

First impressions We arrived for a 2 week bed and breakfast stay on the 3rd of June and arrived about 3pm. The reception area was very warm and didn't appear to have air conditioning there. We booked separate rooms. My room was 104. Main reception was small and appeared clean. Staff was friendly. My rooms First impressions of my room wasn't great, firstly I was shown to my room but the cleaner was still cleaning it so spent a few awkward minutes watching and waiting for the room to be ready. The room was basic and clean, no frills. Terrible view out the window of the chickens and mess surrounding it and not to mention the odour. Internet didn't work, I was a fare distance away from the other members of my group. Room comes with a fridge, I already knew there was no kettle so brought my own. Terrace area appeared to require attention, the view from the room over looked the chickens and mess surrounding them. seats dirty and worn. Shower worked very well, good water temperature and pressure. TV worked but no English channels which didn't bother me. Bed was fine one side and lumpy the other, pillows was fine. My room was close to the pool and restaurant area. I noticed when in bed there was a main light switch near the pillows, I kept turning on the lights when moving in bed. Air conditioning I couldn't get to switch off with the remote control, only way I could switch it off was by removing the key, this was sorted out by reception. The key slot was iffy, took many attempts to get the electric to stay on but eventually found the correct angle for the key, this with the air conditioning and electric was frustrating. The second day I requested another room closer to reception area and closer to other members of my group. This was dealt with easily and the manager was helpful. The second day I was meant to of moved to room 219 but this was changed to room 312. This room was alot better, internet was still on and off, this room was a big improvement. Only negative to this room was no power points to either bedside, power socket in the middle where the bed was, cables stretched out over the bed which is silly, no curtain to cover the balcony door window, of a night time there was a contact blue glow. Other then that everything else in the room was ok. Restaurant. On our first night I paid for the evening buffet. This cost 300 and then a few days later was 400 Turkish lira per person which included a small drink. Food was very basic, no frills and served a purpose only if your looking to save money or can't be bothered to eat out. Staff was friendly. Plenty of flies around so be prepared, this is not a criticism as heat attract flies. We opted to have a one day all inclusive one day pass which cost £20.00, this includes breakfast, lunch and dinner plus drinks,due to the limited watered down drinks I would not say this was worth it. When I arrived I was allocated a room on the 1st floor with a pretty small balcony that barely fitted a single chair. The hotel advertised all rooms had access to wifi. However, I discovered the room had no wifi or TV access as advertised. I complained and was re-allocated another room. This room actually suited my mobility needs more as I did not have many stairs to climb and it was bigger to aid my using my walking frame or accessi g my bathroom etc. However, it still did not have wifi or television access as listed in the room advertisement. The hotel does have ramps that lead to the dinning/bar area and where my room was located but still had a number of stairs to climb and negotiate. The company I booked with did not advise the fully inclusive option for the hotel, and once I knew this was available I paid the additional cost to access this. It actually probably worked out reasonably well, despite me skipping a number of meals due to being full🤣 My only concern around the meal times was that the other Turkish guests seemed to feel that they had priority and we're getting what we paid for. Often jumping in front whilst I waited like what I was raised to do, my turn in the que. The variety and food choices was always good though. Only issue lots of kids rounding around, doing what kids do and unfortunately, sometimes uncontrolled and laye into the night. Most staff were amazing, friendly and helpful and happy to assist me when needed due to my disability. Big credit to the restaurant, do.estic and bar staff, well done👍 Only thing as I mentioned, not everything as advertised available at hotel and with all the kids around, would definitely have me consider an adults only similar resort in future🤔 But credit to the hotel for providing this service to families.

An absolutely awful experience,the hotel staff were very rude and unhelpful,kept having to ask for clean towels and bedding finally got some four days into our holiday,the room was dirty and the beds were like sleeping on the floor and the covers were like sandpaper,the toilet seat would not stay up and the shower only worked if you held the button in which made it difficult to wash,this was first time to Turkey and I'm very disappointed by our experience,we met a few couples who experienced the same. I think love holidays should remove this from their website it's very false advertising

I really wouldn't recommend this hotel. The location is good. The pool are is well maintained. These are the only positives. Luckily, we only had breakfast included, this was awful and we didn't eat here. Staff were beyond rude, and couldn't have been less helpful if they tried, this was true for all unfortunately. Our room was extremely unpleasant, fridge didn't work, air-con didn't work, very unpleasant smell from the drains that made everyone feel quite unwell, despite various complaints nothing was done. wouldn't recommend staying here. Wifi didn't work and staff were very reluctant to help, with anything.

Very old,rooms falling apart, air con terrible, had money stolen from locked room at night. They stopped cleaning our room afer we complained, left hotel 4 days early. Plus side pool area Very good, location is good close to nightlife, about 3 km from beach,but stay well clear off this dump.

We went on a two week family holiday.we had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll for both rooms.bed sheets weren’t changed for three days my husband had to ask for it to be done.we cut our holiday short as the kids room had been broken into and money taken,the hotel staff and police didn’t care.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
