I stayed at ４／６. I was aiming for cherry blossoms in Kyoto, but the hotel fee in Kyoto city was too high and it has flowed to this point. I think it's cheap with ８６００ yen including breakfast. It takes more than ３０ minutes to Kyoto, but if you think about the price, it's nothing. Also, the disadvantage is that the large communal bath is a little small and the number of breakfast items is less than I thought, but I think it is acceptable for the price. It is harder to have an unexpectedly few places to eat dinner around the hotel. There are few shops themselves, and there are only chain stores nationwide.

Hotel location should be the biggest advantage, about five minutes walk from the river Basaka Station. The hotel staff is very professional and welcoming. 小鎮上的酒店，一對夫婦經營，房間老，但是很乾凈，女主人有美國留學經歷 英語溝通沒問題，很熱情的夫婦，介紹周圍景點，早餐很乾凈。

ビジネスホテルとしては何も問題ないです。禁煙室に宿泊出来て、サービス・消耗品（ヘアブラシが付いてなったです）・朝食もついていて立地も駅に近く値段も近所のホテルより安かったのでよかったです。清掃は行き届いていましたが、建物はやや年数がたっているかなと感じましたので、その分だけわずかですが感覚的な評価を下げさせてもらいました。安く泊まれてよかったと思いました。
