Ребята, мы здесь остановились на пару ночей в середине февраля 2024. Стандартная гостиница.Чистый номер. Вежливый ресепшн с приятными конфетками. Много парковочного места и до центра города ехать недалеко. Рекомендуем! Хотя, конечно, вам решать...

Вежливый отзывчивый персонал, в номере чисто. Приятным также было то, что вместо душевой была ванная. Жила одна , ночевала две ночи. Номер убирали, полотенца меняли. Халат, тапочки и другая небольшая , но необходимая мелочь присутствовали. Приятно, что в номере есть чайник с пакетиками чая. Удобное расположение отеля

Прилетели в Омск, остановились в гостинице Маяк (корпус Иртыш). Бронировали улучшенный номер с понедельника до четверга. Во вторник поменялись планы и продлили номер до пятницы, на ресепшене при продлении номера хотели сразу оплатить ещё за сутки, но администратор сказала, что оплата за продление будет произведена при выезде. Сегодня ( четверг) целый день мы гуляли и переодически, в течении дня, заходили в отель, проблем со входом в номер не было, но вечером в 23.00 мы сидели ужинали, нам позвонил администратор отеля и сказала, что необходимо оплатить номер, в отель мы сможем вернуться, но в номер зайти не сможем, так как наши карты от номера заблокированы. Почему нельзя было сразу произвести оплату за продление, чтоб не было такой ситуации? И почему нам не заблокировали карты в 12.00 (время выезда), а только поздно вечером, когда мы отсутствовали, при этом всё вещи оставались в номере. Также в стоимость проживания входит ежедневная уборка номера, смена постельного белья, смена полотенец и халатов ( у гостиницы 4 звезды), но за эти дни нахождения в гостинице нам поменяли 1 раз халаты и постельное белье ( только после того, как мы сами попросили это сделать). Также хотелось бы добавить, что сейф и джакузи были не исправны. В день заселения, после обнаружения недочётов, мы сказали администратору, но ничего не изменилось.

Ну что хочу сказать. Всё бы ничего, но очень шумно: в одном номеру жуткий шум от фитнес-центра, прям музыка соответствующая долбит с самого утра, в другом номере жуткий долбеж от дискотеки видимо в кафе, но уже в вечернее время. Вот уже 12 час вечера, жду когда же конец, но конца не слышно и не видно, ужасно просто. Я живу в 4*. Спасает дело только очень гостеприимные администраторы, а то бы поставила 2. Номера неплохие. Приезжаю второй раз, в первый раз заходила на завтрак, ну что сказать …. Больше не пошла. Езжу на Ленина в Pafos. Понимаю так, что в Омске нет приличных гостиниц, поэтому пока Маяк. Но больше НЕ ХОЧУ! А мне ещё приезжать сюда 🥲

Отличный отель!!!большие номера,идеальная чистота,в стандартном номере панорамный вид на реку,ГРОБОВАЯ тишина и можно выспаться. В номере комплекты полотенец,халаты,тапки,гигиенические наборы(в том числе нитки и иголки),просторный сан узел,работающая вентиляция. Завтраки шведский стол,вполне неплохие,выбор есть на любой вкус. Персонал очень приветливый,вежливый и приятный. Спасибо огромное отелю и персоналу,мы прекрасно отдохнули!!! Если еще раз доведётся побывать в Омске,однозначно этот отель.
