Enjoyed our stay. Very fast and efficient check-in. Room size good. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options.

It is a hotel in front of the station with a feeling of tiredness, but it is convenient to go anywhere because it is located at the key point of the transportation network such as trams and bus terminals. It is not directly connected to the station, but it is in front of the station and is on the upper floor of the shopping mall, so shopping and eating are also convenient. Amenity is at the level of a normal business hotel, and it is a style to bring as much as you need from the amenities corner in front of the front desk. Especially noteworthy is the Japanese tea tea bag of ”Sogicha” from Nagasaki Prefecture. It was a pretty delicious tea that I couldn't think of as a business hotel level. I liked it so much that I ordered it online later.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary in Nagasaki and we decided to stay at Nagasaki Marriott as hotel was newly opened 3 months ago. The hotel located at a good location, next to bus terminal, train station and easy access to tram so we can just go around the city for sightseeing and cultural experience, but the best part was that hotel is next to a shopping mall where you can find many good restaurants and shops including famous local Nagasaki Castela. Our experience staying at Nagasaki Marriott was beyond our expectations. We were so impressed with how well hotel staff were trained at all areas since hotel just opened not long time ago. We really felt like we stepped into Japanese hospitality for both services and mindset of staff who always pay attention to guests from the entrance of the hotel at ground floor before going up to the lobby check-in with warm welcome and big smiles. Each area we experienced was a wonderful one, breakfast area was well set with variety of foods from local products. We very much appreciated staff working hard in kitchen and also M Lounge was our favorite place to relax and enjoy some dinner served and conversations with the staff. We fell into love with this hotel, not only because the modern designed room but also offered the solutions on how guest could enjoy the room during their stay. But most importantly our experience with staff made our stay such a wonderful and special one. The night view room is beautiful, the bathroom and room are large, and the bed is big enough. It is really enjoyable and romantic. The Japanese breakfast is rich in variety, and soup rice is recommended. It is recommended to stay, there are many foreigners, it seems to be recognized by people from all over the world

It was a quiet place in front of the station, the staff were kind, and the breakfast was individually packaged because it was a corona disaster, but it was very delicious. The room was also sealed and it was warm without heating. Because it was in front of the station, I was able to shop and eat easily. The transportation was good and I was surprised at the number of buses, but it was a convenient hotel because it was not written on the signboard such as where to go, so it was difficult to find it, or it was easy to go to the sightseeing spot. There were many shops in Nagasaki Station, such as various seafood and souvenirs. It's a hotel you want to use again.

Located in downtown Nagasaki, it was easily accessible and anywhere was within walking distance, and the European-style buildings felt natural, making me feel like I was overseas. We had small children with us so we were worried about our footsteps, but the terracotta tiles meant we could relax without worrying about noise. We had a great trip staying in a nice, affordable hotel in exotic Nagasaki. We would like to use it again when we travel.

I was going back on a day trip, but the facilities in Nagasaki city were too substantial and stayed in a hurry. I accidentally discovered when I was looking for a hotel with hot bath facilities near the station. Search for today's accommodation price in the hotel lobby. I knew the cold and the full content of the hotel, so I decided by the amount presented by the hotel. The elevator is rare in a business hotel and 3,4 units. Security is also safe to push the card key and the accommodation floor. On the first floor, there is a convenience store (which can be entered and left by hotel key), and the hotel original snack is prepared at night, and the hot bath facilities are also complete with inner bath, open-air bath and sauna. Both can be selected because there is a shower room in the room. It is good to go with a feeling like a hiding hotel because it is located one step away from the street. It is recommended to enjoy the night view and the emotion of Nagasaki depending on the place.

It's in Nagasaki Kenmae, so it's close to a tram stop and a highway bus stop, and there's a convenience store nearby, so it was very convenient. I arrived an hour before check-in, but I was able to get into my room right away, which was nice. Check-in was also done by touching the screen, so it didn't take long. The breakfast was served in a small bowl and it was cute and delicious. The room was large, but there was a wall outside the window, probably because it was under construction, but it felt oppressive, which was a shame, but the staff were kind and helpful. The lantern festival was fun, and the surrounding restaurants were delicious, so I'd definitely like to stay there again. Also thank you next time.

I always stay at Richmond when i travel in Japan. I am happy with the location , very convenient to everything. My room was specious and clean.When i need more coffee bag , i git it deliver to my room very quickly. It is really value for money staying at Richmond Hotel.

This time I stayed in a room with 3 beds with 3 family members. The size of the room, the lighting (brightness) and the cleanliness were great. Especially, I am very satisfied with the size of the room (of course, it is not as large as overseas, but in Japan there are 3 beds, and I am impressed with that size). The location of the hotel was also convenient between Nagasaki Station and the center of Nagasaki. The front desk customer service was very good except for one person. I want one of them to follow other staff and do their best to provide better service in the future. The hotel is a bit old, but it was well maintained and I was able to spend a very comfortable time with my family.
