Terrible customer service was charged twice for a room arrived at hotel receive 1 room my chase rewards was used to pay for room they told me that they needed my credit card for security deposit, and then charged my card for the room when I left the hotel. So they got paid twice for 1 Room! The manger was extremely unprofessional and honestly said she didn't care and to dispute the charge! These are privately owned hotels and lack the quality of help of large scale hotels you have a lot of better choices! Avoid !
