Amazing resort hotel. I stayed there for three nights and i am so glad that I have chosen it for my first time visit to Okinawa. I really love the swimming pool and the private beach of the hotel. Their infinity pool even is filled with sea water! Breakfast is also awesome. I like the great amount of vegetables options. I hope they can offer more variety of protein such as chicken dish. There is no freshly made juice which is also a letdown. The room is perfect in all areas. Bedding super comfortable and the air con is quiet. I think the ventilation of the bathroom is the only issue.

Went to this hotel with another family so we had two young kids. Surpassed expectations with the amazing private pool and beach facilities. Camp Hyatt for kids was also a nice touch!

The hotel is very good and the staff are proactive. English standard is not too high. However, the staff are polite and give prompt service. Some hotel directional signage is unclear. However, it is a good 5-star hotel. Comfortable and worth staying.

Greta for couples. Lawson on 20 minutes walk but amazing scenic views from the room. Staff are helpful and helped with our dietary requirements. Lots of great walking spots and secluded beaches near by.

Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. Only minus is a beach area, all other aspects are perfect. Very small amount of foreign tourists, mostly locals.

Great room and spacious. Really had an enjoyable time and staff there were superb.

Staff was too slow on everything check-in baggage check out and turns out nothing after waiting for 1/2hrs, not suitable for travellers with small children because. They can make it better with superb location but they didnt.

Nice sea view and location. But the window at our floor lobby is dirty, two beach opposite each other but not so nice because it next to the bridge and look like a canal

This 5-star hotel offers exceptional service. While the beach area for swimming may be on the smaller side and more suitable for families with kids, the swimming pools, particularly the indoor one, fulfill the purpose perfectly.

Stunning view from the balcony of the hotel room. The room is very comfortable and the bathtub is very nice too. The two infinity pools are wonderful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Spacious bedroom with view. Great service staff. Fantastic shower and bath. The only feedback we have is that the breakfast were exactly the same for the 2 days.
