Service is good, the room is clean, there are free laundry room in every floor, many activities in the hotel

Excellent service, although not all of the staff are good at English but they will try their best to help. The location is not convenient for those who doesn’t drive, there are no restaurants and convenience stores nearby. You have to take taxi to moon beach area for some foods and groceries unless you stayed at the hotel all day long. There are dusts around the corner in the room, and no one clean up the corner during my 3-day visit. But overall the room is clean and tidy.

The place is beautiful and the dolphins is soooo cute. They have coconut water and i loqt off Okinawa fruit and attractions. If you want to do the activities need to reserve one weel before.

Disadvantages: The rooms are relatively old Children need to pay extra, and the extra fee is quite high! This hotel is the most satisfying one during the trip to Okinawa. Children do have to pay extra, but it is acceptable.
