I spent a night here with my gf and it was a marvelous experience. They offer a luxurious dinner and breakfast experience that uses locally caught seafood and ingredients that will made your stay very pleasant. Located in a quiet area away from the city's hustle and bustle but still within walking distance from the local station and seaport. The staff were very hospitable and very thoughtful. The room offered a traditional Japanese bathroom with a tub made from cypress that gives a pleasant aroma when bathing. It has a nice outdoor view that you can enjoy from comfort of your own bathtub. The rooms a nicely appointed and have a 5-star experience that you can only experience at this ryokan. I would definitely recommend staying here if you ever visit Onomichi!

El Mochilero is a five star hostel, it is clean, there is more than ample space in the rooms, each guest has access to her /his own locker with it's own key where you will find several towels folded in a the manner of five star hotels in a very cute basket, there are also earplugs in each basket. The room I was staying in had four beds and there are two other rooms on the second floor. Very clean bathrooms with a bathtub. But what sets El Mochilero apart from other hostels is that it is family owned by a warm, caring and hospitable family.I felt right at home with Senora Carolina, su mother and her brother Percy.I was hosted as a member of the family and this will stay with me. There is a hearty breakfast served in the morning with orange juice and coffee that will sustain you through the day. I cannot thank enough this family for the way I have been hosted. And I hope to see them again.

We really enjoyed the hotel where we stayed for two nights in a twin room. Beds were great and the room was very quiet and there is a Lawsons next door which was very suitable for breakfast. Wifi was free and fast. The only negative is that the hotel is about two kilometres from the station and although there is a limited free shuttle it was a little far out of town. A shuttle on demand would negate this obstacle. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

It was better than I thought.
First of all, it is clean. And thank you for checking in at 12 o'clock.
Above all, I was grateful to me as a businessman who is not good at lively places because I can eat breakfast in my room. I felt the service that trusted customers everywhere.
The disadvantage is the thinness of the hotel walls. It was a pity that I woke up with the voice of the child next door. It's summer vacation, so it can't be helped.

The room was clean, and I was highly aware of corona infection prevention, and I felt relieved. The sea and islands 々 spreading all over the window of the room never got tired of looking at it. Thanks to the delicious meal in the restaurant Kairi private room with a view of the fishing port and the hospitality of the staff, I also played a talk with my family who met Ku 々. It was correct to take an open-air bath on the roof immediately after early check-in, and I was able to enjoy the extraordinary while feeling the wind in Setouchi slowly by myself. I also liked the deck of the hotel facing the sea, felt the sea breeze, heard the rust, and went out to relax many times. Even after checking out, I stopped by after walking around the town of Tsurunoura and sightseeing, and I was able to relax until the shuttle bus time at ２ in the afternoon. It was very easy to access by shuttle bus from Fukuyama Station on the Shinkansen ３０ minutes. It was an inn that I wanted to visit again.

On Saturday, I booked and stayed in a room with my daughter and husband (１ talent and ４ grandson) and my husband and ６ people. The room was large and clean and the water pressure in the room bath was not a problem at all. My grandson was delighted to watch YouTube on a big TV! In the meantime, ３ people enjoyed drinking on the ２ floor and then went to the sauna on the １ floor. We were able to surround the table with everyone because we used breakfast while watching the congestion situation in the room. Curry was very delicious is! It's just that there is no way, but there are ２ elevators, but it's hard to come, and I can't ride it because it's full, and I felt stress every time.

２ Use twin room in ３ days. The bathroom was divided by glass and the bathroom was a wide 々 with a washroom on the bus. The room is large and the desk is wide 々, so it is enough to work and work on a personal computer. There are USB power and outlets on the bedside １, and it is OK to go and go while charging other devices, of course. Because it was a corona, the meal was avoided by the hotel. There was a convenience store ２ nearest 5 minutes walk and a supermarket (FRESTA), so there was no problem. It was very beautiful because it was open and the staff was also impressive. The parking lot is tower parking, but the staff here was polite and very impressive. If you visit by car, you can use it well because it is the first staff to contact you. Not much to say, I am very satisfied. It is quite satisfactory for a hotel I have stayed in Japan. The bed is very comfortable and the space is large enough. Fukuyama Castle is right next to it and you can also go sightseeing. Although there is nothing to see, it is recommended.

We stayed here for one night in between our bike ride on the shimanami kaido. We choose to do the bike route in two days to relax and enjoy it. Room: We had a very good futon in our room. The decoration is very nice. It is clean and simple yet beautifull. Service: the staff is amazing here. They helped my boyfriend plan a romantic dinner in the restaurant opposite the hotel (also an amazing good restaurant!). Location: The hotel is in a good location on Ikuchijima. It is not that far off the main cycle route and the town is very nice to walk through. Not many people may stop during the bike route, but we do recommend it. It is important to also see the local culture and towns on the islands. Breakfast was served in SOIL and was amazing! You can choose for Japanese or western style breakfast. We personnaly prefer the Japanse breakfast. Their coffee is also quite good. The design of SOIL is very beautifull. We felt very relaxed during our breakfast. A special thank you to the hotel staff for helping plan our special moment at their hotel and at the restaurant. ＜3

GGuest UserSuper satisfied! Far exceeded expectations! The whole building is bigger than it looks in the photos! There is a Japanese garden in the building! Super beautiful! The location requires a boat or a bike. If you have luggage, don't worry about taking the boat. It is also very convenient. The hotel is right after you get off the boat!
The service is particularly good! Enthusiastic! The food is really great! The pillows are really hard!
If you pass by nearby, I really recommend you to experience it! We arrived late and there were no bicycles to rent, so the owner lent us his! He was afraid that we would take the wrong boat and chased us out to help us find the way! Great!!!

DDONTUNEI booked three months ago to see the cherry blossoms in the adjacent Injima Park, but the time passed early. The hotel was stained with the appearance and interior, and the tatami mats in the room were hairy and the clothes were stained. The mourning clothes people in the dining room were also wearing black clothes and complaining. The futon and the zabuton were so painful to sleep with two sheets of senbei futon. Although it was a Japanese room, there was no seating installation, and the air conditioning blowout was dusty. The bath is large, but it was necessary to go down the stairs naked on the floor where the dressing room and the bathroom were different. The toilet fixtures were only toothbrushes, no cheeks, no shaving. In addition, the dish was a 4860 yen seat dish, but the sashimi was thin, and the seasoning of miso soup was bad, and the name of Asari rice was only a grain of asari in the tea bowl. And the pickles were rusty. There was a difference between heaven and earth in all aspects, although the price was almost the same compared to the inn in raw mouth island that I stayed the next day. It was a hotel that I would never go again. I travel to Kosei, all prefectures in Japan, and 77 countries in the world, and use 々 hotels and inns, but you can rank the lowest in Cospa.
