i drove 7 hours from Arizona to get to this hotel that my company already booked and paid for in advance to be told that i need my boss present to present his id and card....... also told me i wouldnt be able to get a room because we have to re book 72 hours in advance.... i sat around for 2-3 hours til my boss from ontario could arrive to present his id and card..... very unprofessional because ive stayed here last month and did not have any of these issues. the front desk did not give two F***s that i was basically stranded in another state with nowhere to stay. after driving 7 hours and sitting 2-3 hours. you would think if you have people staying that are coming from out of state you would provide necessary information so that we are not stuck. after my boss showed up i finally got this room to walk into a dirt ball room with ants everywhere and just dirty. the wifi is probably the worst wifi ive ever experienced in a hotel. the fact that they call this complimentary wifi is almost disrespectful. i work a lot from my computer and i need good connection to be able to work. as i am writing this review in the hotel room looking at my wifi signal with 1 -2 bars max and thats how the wifi has been this whole week. for the hassle and stress i was put through i would book another hotel that would actually give you the service and respect that you pay for. the fact that the front desk said i wouldnt be able to book anything cause for 72 hours and their manager left was ridiculous. basically telling me to f*** off. i remained respectful and calm throughout all of their crap. you need to be teach your employees to cater to repeat customers... ive been here many times and my history will show it... and shows everytime my company paid with the same payment method... they had me wait 3 hours because lack of skill, lack of knowleadge, lack of customer service. And they were okay with letting me sleep in my car because their process is wrong is the reason they will get a bad review today. if you do make a reservation here and pay online make sure that these people provide you with all the right documents you will need especially if your company is paying for the room. make sure you bring insect killer and plenty of sanitizer to clean the dirty rooms. also their is free breakfast included but i wasnt aware of it until my last night here and none of the employees let me know of this i had to kind of force myself into the free breakfast. its time people do their job the right way it amazes me how employees can destroy a business's name and reputation because of their poor level of skill and care. And on the side of this damn building their are about 100 bumble bees flying around the side of the building if i didnt see it in advance it would have been pretty bad. ive never seen this many bees hovering around the garden on the side of the building before.

Overall, this property looks lovely on the outside, but is in desperate need to be updated inside. Arrival: The hotel website states that the hotel does not offer a shuttle, So after paying $15 for the short ride from Ontario Airport, we pull into the porte-cochere where the Holiday Inn shuttle van is parked. So there is a shuttle available, but it only runs very limited hours in the morning. You are on your own if your flight leaves after noon. Lobby: From my observation, the front desk staff is often in the nearby office, as there is no one behind the desk. The hotel has a small sundry area where you can purchase overpriced sodas and water ($3.50), snacks, candy. However you cannot charge the items to your room and must use a credit card on a self-checkout kiosk. We had arrived early in the day, knowing that our rooms would be several hours away from being ready. While waiting in the lobby for a room to become available, I was hoping to complete some work on my laptop. But the property would not allow me WiFi access until I could check in. Considering that I'm have IHG Premium Elite status, this seems like the least they could offer. Restaurant: Again -only Credit Cards accepted. You cannot do a room charge in the hotel's only restaurant. Limited breakfast menu - we ate upon our early arrival. When our rooms were ready and we check in, we were informed that the restaurant would not be open for dinner on Sunday and Monday - the two nights of our stay. Yet when you enter the elevators, they are adorned with advertisement for their restaurant/food offerings. Hallways: Very worn, carpets looked dirty and on our floor, the 4th, you could see what appears to be construction markings through the paint/wallpaper. It looked like faint black marker with room numbers or other symbols - is the paint so thin it didn't cover these up??? Room: The room was generally fine, although the furnishings did appear to be dated. The worst thing though was the air conditioner,. This was the loudest air conditioner I've ever heard -- sounded like the compressor of a large commercial freezer. The television offers several channels, but there are no instructions on how to access them and the remote doesn't have a numerical keypad, so you must use an up/down key to find the channel you want. Towels: As mentioned by others, the towels reminded me of the awful ones they used to give us to use after gym class in high school 30+ years ago.

The room was not clean, there were sticky spots to most furniture. Even though we booked a triple room we were given a queen bed and a couch without sheets. The phone in the room was not working and I had to go back to reception to ask for sheets and pillows. When we opened the couch it was full of old food and dirt. Even though it advertises that there is free shuttle to the airport, there was no shuttle during our stay and we had to walk to the airport.

I had never gone on a trip for more than a week. This trip was for 2 1/2 weeks. So, I packed for a year. LOL😄😄😄 I felt so bad for the staff because they were so kind to help me with my luggage. Thank you for being so patient. My luggage was so heavy. When I weighed my luggage it the airport, one weighed 9 lbs over recommended weight. So, I just want to apologize to your staff. Thank you!!!

Okay, so where do I start? I have a Gold Elite Bonvoy member and have been for many years. I reserved a King Suite room on the top floor Club Level with access to the Club. which was a paid upgrade. I have reserved the Club level many times over the years at Bonvoy Properties, so I know what to expect and what it usually has to offer. Besides a respite from the hectic days, there is generally some decent food and drinks served there too. This is the absolutely and positively by far, hands down the WORST Sheraton Hotel that I have stayed at. The first issue that caught my attention was the absence of any USB charging ports in the rooms, including the top floorKing Suits. When as inquired about this at the front desk I was told that they didn't have them in any of the rooms. I asked them to have the manger call me and that never happened. When I checked in I choose to have the room cleaned daily. The next day my room was cleaned and restocked when I returned from all day meetings. The second day when I returned after 4:00 pm my room had not been cleaned, so I went to the front desk because they didn't answer the phone after 15 rings. When I asked if my room was going to be cleaned today, I was told that they don't clean rooms every day. They then asked me if I wanted it cleaned and I declined because I planned on staying in my room and ordering room service for dinner. The option on the app was daily cleaning or 500 points so I choose daily cleaning. What hotels of this caliber have you ever stayed at that you had to go to the Bar/Restaurant to pick up your food after ordering it through room service? I was told that they would call me back to say it is ready to be picked up. Really? Now the quality of the food was horrid, and I was unable to eat most of it. since it was cold and nasty looking. I had ordered Kung Pau chicken with vegetables over white rice. The only vegies in that dish were bell peppers and two very small pieces of carrot. I did eat the brownie and ice-cream desert because I had to eat. As for the ”Club” This was even a bigger letdown. The first time I went there on the second day after my meeting to get a bite, there were three 1/4 turkey sandwiches left on the tray at around 6:00 pm along with some kind of cucumber salad and a green salad. Of course, there were a few Pepsi's, some small mini water bottles, a few root beers and some sprite knockoff drinks in the fridge. I did not eat breakfast since I was out of there too early each day. I stopped in for a cup of coffee and saw that they had a food line similar to what you get at a Hampton Inn. No Thanks! The final night I stopped by the Club to give it another chance and for some food since I returned before the put the food out. Mushy Orange Chicken and Mushy Broccoli Beef and some cold white rice. The only think I consumed there that was tasty was the ”Kirkland” trail mix, which was 4x the price. Let's see what else I remember... Tub/Shower valve

Whenever I do a hotel search and a decent, independent inn appears in the search results, I'm always tempted to consider it. The latest was the Ontario Airport Inn. Looking at the hotel's pictures, options, amenities, and noticing a decent rate even for a Saturday night, I went ahead and booked it. Upon pulling up for arrival at most hotels of similar size, I normally drive directly to a visible parking spot, park the car for the night, and walk back to the lobby to check in since my luggage usually consists of a carry-on backpack. However, at the Ontario Inn, I noticed something different right away: Registered Guest Parking only in the lot...and this suburban inn enforces it. Ahead of the entrance driveway into the lobby, the hotel has a lift gate barrier that goes into the guest parking area. Either an on-site security guard or an active room key card opens this gate. That means those arriving to check in park in the front first. Not a big deal for me, but worth mentioning for those who follow my routine. When I did pull up, the guard was very friendly about this policy, and he pointed me toward the arrivals parking area in front of the lobby for check in. When I got out, I glanced around and took note of the mature landscaping that was very well maintained. Check-in went smoothly and the hotel does place an incidentals deposit hold of $50 on the credit card used. The lobby also took my car's license plate number which showed to me that this place certainly enforced the Guest Parking Only policy considering that the parking lot had both a guard and a physical barrier. The look-and-feel of the property resembles early 80's luxury hospitality coupled with today's technology. The hotels appearance looked dated at first, but the maintenance and upkeep preserve the pastime glory. The grassy center courtyard and pool area combined with the numerous palm trees gives this hotel a little taste of a resort destination feel without the resort fee. I didn't have a chance to jump into the pool as I arrived after hours and had to check out early the next morning, but this would be something I would want to experience on a future visit. When going through the interior of the lobby and common areas, I felt like I literally traveled back to the 80's; most of the interior furnishing and colors mimic those pastimes with popcorn ceilings, traditional room furniture, and even an elevator with fairly recent modernized buttons, sensors and indicators but with a carpeted interior that was more common back then. All this was combined the the technology of today: A flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. This hotel had two ”classes” of rooms: Deluxe and Executive. Both are essentially the same with the latter being only a few extra dollars more but with one key difference: Guests access Deluxe Rooms from the outside similar to a motel. Executive Rooms are accessed via an interior hallway--more of a traditional 'hotel' environment. I booked an Executive Room. Despite being
GGuest UserThe breakfast was terrible and obviously covid has caused them to close down the bar and happy hour, and the pool. But the price did not go down. Sucks for us that got spoiled before covid. Everything else was great. Happy new year
GGuest UserI was traveling for business. Having stayed at this Days Inn previously and discovered it to be the best Value with easy highway access and easy non highway travel (LA closes the highways randomly.) so always plan alternate routes.
时时光不易老Breakfast can use the machine to make waffles, a small one, very warm, but it is estimated that you have to wait for the seat late, there is also a place outside the door and the front desk, but it is not convenient. The hotel does not have slippers, but there are signs that do not bring toiletries, you can ask the front desk to take. You can pick up at the airport in Ontario for free. You can also arrange a car transfer at the Ontario mill outlet, which ends at 9pm. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is generally good, and the sound insulation is not good.
GGuest UserMy husband was flying out of cable airport to test for his pilot's license. We stayed close to the airport due to time constraints, living an hour+ away. We usually stay at the Marriot, Hilton, or something relatively close. We both decided that we should just pick a place that was a little less frilly for this trip because we were just there to sleep, and that was it. I will NEVER make that mistake again. Let me say this, NO hotel/motel should leave your feet black from filth. That is absolutely disgusting. We all took showers, and the walk from the shower to the beds left us with black feet. My husband was kneeling on the floor next to the bed, and when he stood up- BLACK KNEES. The beds are so freaking hard and uncomfortable. The room was humid and smelled. We found 2 roaches in our room. The person next to us smoked **** pretty consistently through the night, and the smell went straight into our room. I DON'T CARE IF ITS ”LEGAL”. My kids have severe allergies/asthma, and I don't want to smell that in a ”non smoking” facility. Save yourself the headache and spend the extra $70-$100 to stay elsewhere. We wish we would have. We will stay at our usual hotel next time.
GGuest UserWorst hotel ever stayed in when we first got there it didn't even have my room ready so we had to come back in an hour that was no big deal so we came back they put us in this room with no bathroom door no privacy or anything the door locks on the door looks like someone been broken into all jacked up holes in the ceiling water spots all over the ceilings you can see underneath the door where the seal is was cut off I went back to the lady and I asked to be in to Don the room and she gave me such attitude and I literally gave her attitude back very disrespectful girl her name is May or whatever how you spell it did they put us in a room upstairs little better but still it stinks like old dirty people water spots in the walls the bathroom is nice that's only thing about it the bed sucked pillows flat way uncomfortable I woke up hurting while I was gone NASCAR race they came into the room took my food and threw it away didn't make the bed I get this hotel I like complete zero the workers lack of respect they need to be fired except one lady that she helped us she was pretty great I would not recommend this hotel for anybody this hotel needs to be closed down or have better management screw this stupid Hotel
IIan FGreat spot, the desk section in my single bed room was a nice surprise.. so much better than trying to do work sitting on a bed ❤️ Laura was great too, very nice and helpful! I think I may be done with regular motels, this one especially feels nice compared to other brands or individual owners. Thank you!
