"I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Mr. Rakesh, the F&B Sinclair Retreat in Ooty. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication to ensuring a memorable dining experience were truly impressive. Mr. Rakesh's professionalism and expertise shown through in every aspect, from taking orders to recommending dishes and ensuring timely service. His friendly and courteous nature made us feel valued and cared for. The food was delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. Mr. Rakesh's team worked seamlessly together, and his leadership was evident in the efficient and harmonious service. I highly recommend Sinclair Retreat's F&B services, and Mr. Mahesh and masna exceptional servers. Food quality is just okay and rooms are fine but not worth of what they are charging and the staff behaviour is not good

The property is located outside the main market and the city. You won't get anything nearby, apart from the tea and chocolate factory. However, the view at the property is amazing. Food and service excellent. However, the rooms were too small given the price they are charging.

Please don't go by building looks, waste of money by staying in this hotel. Rooms are compact and smelling, bedding and sofa were dirty. On the name of the kids play room and activities none of them was in good condition. The kids car and slides were broken. Pool table tt table are kept just for name sake. The food menu has limited options and is overpriced. Not even a 3* hotel.

I had an unpleasant experience at the resort. The road leading to the resort was in poor condition, and the behavior of the manager and staff was disappointing.

Clean well ventilated rooms. Excellent food. Spa facilities not available. They are understaffed but still able to manage the crowd

Hotel location was good but need cleanliness as in the room it was very smelly and not clean plus dinning service and room service was also not upto the mark.

Room was not good all things are looks old and if i ask with manager he said we have only this room can’t help but all room service staff was good and food also
