Very disappointing stay at this hotel. By pressing the wrong key, double the number of rooms for us as a family was ordered and paid for. We didn't think it would be a problem
The answer we got was: You won't get a refund and you won't get extra days' stay. What about staying at a later date - sorry!
But we got "free" parking (only NOK 3800) for the car
We were very disappointed as a family, do not want to recommend this hotel.

Nous sommes allés dans cet hôtel en mai 2024 avec des amis. L'hôtel est moyen pour un 4 étoiles. Nous avons été réveillé par des travaux pendant 2 jours. Il faut savoir que le parking de l'hôtel est payant . ( 17€ ) A la suite de notre mécontentement, ils ont fait un geste : la gratuité du parking.

Super friendly and helpful staff 😃 … clean, great location. We enjoyed a very good cafe and breakfast every morning… thank you, Tatjana, for the special pancakes you made for our daughter 🥰 We had a wonderful atmosphere watching one Championship final on big screen enjoying a few carefully selected wines from the region🍷

We recently went with a group of people for a tour/pilgrimage in the month of may of this year 2024, the look of this hotel is very elegant but the customer service sucks big time. Water was not included for dinner therefore I ought to buy it 4,20 euro for a bottle, I gave 5 euro to the waiter and he never returned the change saying that he had no change. Soap in the bathroom wouldn't pump up fortunately I had my own. I would not recommended
