Stayed here for a week with wife and 2 teenage boys, so took 2 rooms via TUI. Reception was impressive, and the staff really friendly with the check-in, which went smoothly. Both rooms were spotless and very comfortable for 2 people. The outdoor pool was excellent, and unlike other hotels in Majorca and Portugal, there was no mad rush for sun beds when the pool opened at 8am with beds still available after 9:30am. Restaurant was also excellent for both breakfast and dinner with a wide variety for both sittings and waiting staff, which were friendly and efficient. The bar area overlooking the marina was a lovely place for an after dinner drink. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the whole hotel was very stylish. Would highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is just about as good as it could get. The hotel itself is very nice. The public areas are chic and the veranda bar is good for an early evening drink overlooking the hotel's own marina. Rooms were good with good air conditioning, which increases in output if you leave the keycard out of the slot. The buffet breakfasts couldn't be faulted and the dinners were of a good standard. Even the fussiest eater wouldn't go hungry. What I have to say to those who didn't think the food was up to much is that when a hotel is cooking for several hundred people within a relatively short timeframe you're not going to get cordon bleu quality. If you expect that then look for five stars plus. The only slight gripe is that I think the pool should be for residents only due to the number of sunbeds available versus the number of guests. The "poolboys" (no disrespect intended) do a sterling job of removing the towels and belongings of those selfish people who reserve their beds and disappear for a couple of hours. The big question (I think) when reviewing anywhere is "Would you go back there"? Yes is my definitive answer. The hotel added to what was a brilliant holiday in a very very nice part of the world.

Ho mia moglie in carrozzina, la porta del bagno della stanza 003 era troppo stretta e lei non poteva accedere al bagno.
Ho chiesto una stanza con porta del bagno più grande ma non è stato possibile averla.
Per fortuna avevo in auto le ruote più piccole della carrozzina e abbiamo potuto soggiornare in hotel senza cambi.

Wonderfully located on the Lungomare, the building, which takes some getting used to from the outside, offers a lot: beautiful, clean rooms (unfortunately carpeted) with a sea view, a spa (not used), a wonderful seawater pool (used a lot), a huge breakfast and evening buffet, very friendly, multilingual staff... The food was very good, a large selection and something for every taste, but the food in the hotel restaurant is extremely expensive: 1 small bottle of mineral water and an eighth of Malvasija cost 14.50!

Our only wish would be coffee in the room or at least access to coffee before 0700 when the breakfast buffet opened.
Very clean and relaxing. Wonderful breakfast buffet with a beautiful outside patio to enjoy it.

Travelling as a party of 2 adults and 4 children. Booked 2 x triple rooms half board. Rooms small with few sockets. Most disappointing was the poor quality and variety of food. All drinks were chargeable at dinner and there was no ability to even have access to tap water for the children. Not good enough! Breakfast also was disappointing with English breakfast & Earl Grey tea unavailable despite being advertised. Location of hotel and outdoor pool beautiful although the latter on the small side for the size of the hotel. Luckily only hear for 2 nights. Will not recommend nor return.
