Ours was a family trip, the structure was very beautiful and welcoming, the cleanliness of the room was perfect, the staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was super abundant and very varied, there was everything from savory to sweet, highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful and kept really clean. The hotel stuff is experienced and very polite. They really try to provide you everything you need without even asking. The hotel is placed perfectly to be close to everything but still be in a quiet place for you to relax. I would recommend it to everyone

Hotel istra really made a beutiful memory for us. The room was really sepacious overlooking kvarner bay. The views are truly amazing. Staff: very warm welcome from reception staff. Staff in the reataurant are very attentive. The room was very clean.

Exquisite property that surly exceeds 3 stars. Staff is really polite and customer friendly. Menagment is taking care of smooth hotel operations and it is visable inside the hotel and everyone within hotel vicinity. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking for place to stay in Opatija.

During my stay at Hotel Istra in Opatija, I was captivated by its blend of historic charm and modern comfort. My room offered breathtaking views of the Adriatic, and the dining experience was exceptional, featuring delicious local cuisine. The staff's warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome. The bar tender was extremely rude and mean towards me and my family when we only had a few questions about the food on top of that the wifi is horrendous, showers flood the washrooms, and a lock on the door in our first room was not working so we were moved overall a terrible experience so far for the money I’ve payed although the receptionist was very polite and kind.

Food was not so good as it was previous years. Fruit was not fresh, less choice… less choice of sea food during dinner…. longer wait time for service… overall only basic service… restaurant/caffe at the beach didn’t work at all… waiter Josip on reception was the best, vers nice and pleasant.

I had a great time in Hotel Istra. Room was nice and clean, great breakfast. Location is perfect just next to the sea so waking up with that view was amazing. Excelent hotel to spend your holidays and not spend a fortune on accomodation. Just book and enjoy
