Soggiorno di 3 notti per motivi lavorativi, l’hotel è a pochi passi dal centro di Opava ma rimane anche vicino alla zona esterna così da muoversi liberamente in auto. Disponibile un ampio parcheggio nel retro, e di un comodo ristorante con specialità locali. Colazione a buffet, scelta limitata ma sufficiente. Camere confortevoli ma con letti singoli, aria condizionata e mini bar. Peccato che la reception chiuda alle 23, prevedere arrivo prima di questo orario.

Bel emplacement pas très loin du centre ville. J’avais passé 4 nuits dans cet Hôtel. La première a été plutôt moyenne car on nous a attribué une chambre assez petite et un peu vieillissante, sans climatisation, avec un ventilateur qui quand allumé, ne nous a pas laissé dormir. Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur un réceptionniste très sympathique qui nous a attribué une chambre confortable et agréable pour le reste du séjour. Les coffres forts dans les 2 chambres ne marchaient pas. Le Housekeeping ne fait pas les lits pendant toute la durée du séjour. Ils changent les serviettes et c’est tout. Bons repas au restaurant qui possède une terrace très agréable. Les petits déjeuners sont très bien. L’hôtel dispose d’un grand parking en son enseigne. Le sauna ne fonctionnait pas.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. I have not been out of my country for a long while. This hotel was so welcoming from start to finish. The drinks were at the finest quality and food was amazing. The room I stayed in was very cozy even in this heat. The staff were absolutely amazing and I was so happy they were English speaking. Excellent dinner, very good service, lovely environment, english menu, recommend highly. I ordered sirloin steak with dumplings and cream sauce, amazing. Not massive choice, but decent for size. Parking available.

We stayed there for one night while visiting some business partners. Hotel clean, room spacious, and clean. Only complaint for the coffee/tea amenities in the room because there was literally just some leftovers, and water kettle heater was dirty and hidden behind TV. Spacious parking behind the hotel, which was tricky to find. Breakfast was adequate. I would definitely sta in the same hotel but solved room coffee amenities before checking in.
