Heerlijk hotel, goed ontbijt, lekkere bedden en vriendelijk personeel. Alles netjes en schoon. Ook voor de kinderen een aparte speelkamer met speelgoed en zelfs een trampoline. Hebben gegeten in het restaurant en ook het eten was erg lekker. Ook een optie om te bowlen in het hotel. Parkeren kan makkelijk en gratis onder het hotel.

Gute Adresse - Vorspeise carpaccio war spitze und Filet Steak ebenso - etwas Träger Service - lange Wartezeit obwohl nicht viel los war leider - aber komme gerne wieder - essensqualität war gut und ansprechend angerichtet . Corona mäßig war auch alles ok

Bis 23 Uhr ist in den Zimmern die Bowlingbahn zu hören, das ist sehr lästig beim Einschlafen mit kleinem Kind. Nach Beschwerde wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir ja stornieren könnten und uns ein anderes Hotel suchen könnten. Beim Einchecken erstmal ein falsches Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen, erst auf Anfrage das reservierte Zimmer. Neben der ganzen Unfreundlichkeit ist das Frühstück ebenso nicht gut, Rührei ist nicht gar, an dem ein oder anderen Tag sogar noch flüssig. Das Frühstück bietet auch sonst keine gute oder besondere Auswahl. Abends im Restaurant wurde uns kaltes Essen serviert.

Chambre spacieuse, belle décoration, salle de bain magnifique, le tout d’une grande propreté. Établissement bien insonorisé et bien chauffé. Buffet du petit déjeuner copieux, variés et excellent. Pour notre prochaine visite à Opole, notre hôtel est déjà trouvé.

Deluxe-Zimmer ausgestattet mit TV, Mini-Kühlschrank, Telefon, Bügeleisen, Wasserkocher. Angeboten wird Mineralwasser, Tee u. Kaffee zur Selbstzubereitung. Die Speisekarte des Hotelrestaurants könnte umfangreicher sein, ebenso das Wein-Angebot. Die Kommunikation im Hotel in der englischen Sprache u. dem Hotel-Restaurant teils auch deutsch. Wünschenswert aus meiner Sicht mehr Personal mit Deutsch-Sprachkenntnissen, auch wegen vielen deutschsprachigen Gästen. Im Hotel befindet sich eine Bowlingbahn, was man bei der Zimmerwahl berücksichtigen sollte, Das Hotel verfügt über eine TG. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
