We understand that being asked to pay for the full duration of your stay when you needed to leave early would have been frustrating. Our policy requires guests to inform us at least 24 hours in advance of an early departure to avoid additional charges. This policy helps us manage our bookings and ensure room availability for our guests. However, we recognize that emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and we should have handled the situation with more empathy and flexibility. Additionally, I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the food and the service attitude of our front desk supervisor.
