ADEF DES ANNEES 1990 AUTRE CHOSES QUE 2024
Je déconseille cet Hôtel avec une vue sur cour aucun intérêts. La fenêtre donne sur un mur à 30 cm à peine, donc rideau fermé pas de lumière du jour, chambre sombre et déco fade, la vue sur la cour (sans commentaire voire photo). Le petit déjeuner buffet pourtant très tôt pratiquement rien et très moyen et le service également, il faut réclamer les tasses à café, la machine à café ne permet pas de répondre à toutes les demandes (produits non disponible). La literie est médiocre, au 3 -ème étage on entend les clients du bar au 9 étage. Accueil souriant mais pareil, quand on fait une remarque ou une demande il faut le faire à 3 reprises. J’ai testé et compris que c’était à enlever de ma liste d’hôtel.

Staff can not speak english.
Rooms not clean enough, maintenence is lacking.
Poor breakfast.
Price&performance ratio is very low.

It's a terrible place. The rooms are even below average quality. It is in a very nice location, but the management style was very strange. We stayed for three nights and four gins. Although the hotel had a bar, restaurant and terrace bar, none of them were working. Put the bar or restaurant aside. During this period, there was no activity, including the breakfast room. I have never seen a hotel with this kind of management approach anywhere in the world before. Note. Despite all these negativities, the employees were friendly and sincere people. I can only thank them on this trip.

I would like no comments but this is too much. Hair arriving in the bathroom on the sink and the soap base, stained and unwashed sheets, no blanket after two requests, no change of sheets... we asked for cushions and we received received pillows (those for decoration), the floor was dirty and hair + hair in the bed.. much too expensive for what it's worth, an “ironing” service that we are guaranteed so that in the end it There's no one there, we had wedding dresses ironed by a member of the reception, as you might guess the dress was horribly ironed and honestly I didn't see any difference before and after. The cleaning lady did not come for 2 days and the sheets were changed as dirty as ever, at this point sleeping on the ground would amount to the same thing.. the breakfast had nothing to vary, chocolate breads and croissants that were poorly defrosted, “msemen” has a leaf and questionable yogurt. The only positive point is the decoration and the free bottle of water at breakfast.

Very dirty bathroom; the bathtub was not cleaned when we arrived, there were dirty hairs left in the drain. We had to scrub ourselves with products that reception provided us (but no sponge). I stayed at the Adef hotel with family and I strongly advise you not to go there!! We took a "junior suite" for almost €100/per night, the room was certainly spacious, however the hygiene and cleanliness left something to be desired!! As soon as we arrived the floor of the room was really disgusting!!! We could see stains, marks, it was sticking... fortunately I had brought slippers with me and I'll let you imagine their state at the end of the stay (the soles were all black!!) I reported the problem 3 times and nothing was done!!! I The so-called white bathroom linen was beige with brown spots!!! Mold stains were visible in the bathroom. The yellow toilet bowl and for a family of 5 we were only allowed half a roll of toilet paper!!! Breakfast was very simple, there was not a cat in the dining room and yet there were missing dishes so you had to ask, wait... A kitchen employee was smoking his cigarette in the dining room .... and to top it off: a cockroach invited itself to our table!!!! I don't recommend the hotel, the rooms are certainly spacious and the hotel is on the seafront but in terms of cleanliness for the price paid... it's rubbish!! Obviously I expressed my dissatisfaction to the hostess and she really didn't care!! Even cockroaches on the table! Go your way

Price very costly but breakfast. Very poor and not available pool swimming and mini bar inside room very poor no cafe and tea available?? Need development service and facilities or reduce price like hotel 2 star like this problem and customer will stay first night and will go next day to other hotel
