The room was rather dirty and smelled of mold. This was not at all what I expected from a Holiday Inn and Suites.

Nice facility
Everything was very nice. The main challenge we had was that the toilet was so low to the floor that it was difficult for the three of us who are senior citizens. We are in our 70’s and 80’s.

Great Service - Awful Rooms
Mold on walls in hallway by stairwell on second floor. Mold on wall in room by outlet of AC unit. If AC unit was below 66 degrees, room smelled awful. If unit was at 66 degrees humidity was so high in room everything felt damp. Toilet leaked in our room leaving a small rusty wet trail by toilet. Dirty socks were found on top of ironing board cabinet.
Service by front was wonderful! Tried to move us rooms but nothing available. Breakfast person is AMAZING! She is very attentive - had breakfast ready early - WONDERFUL service experience at front desk and Breakfast.
Pool is on small side but worked for what we needed. Pool towels were hard to locate.

Nice place
Nice room. Only issue was the tile floor in the bathroom would "pop" when walked on. This is due to improper tile installation. Otherwise the hotel was excellent!!

One night in Orange
We had everything we needed. The room was clean and the location was convenient to where we needed to be. Check in was simple. Staff was great. The lobby does have a slight smell. Overall it was a good stay.

Super clean and great place to stay
Was very impressed location was very clean smelled very nice and our rooms were super clean as well. I have never seen tv remotes inside plastic showing they had been cleaned. The front desk person was so nice as well. Breakfast was very good and lots of choices. We Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place
Nice hotel in great condition. Breakfast was not served until 6:30 which doesn't work for me because I start work early. Other than that it's pretty much what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Hotel Review
We were there for a baseball tourney. The hotel was better than anything else I saw in that area. Service was great, hotel was decent but that part of Texas is just another world.
