Stayed here for a soccer tournament in Walkill (12 minutes away). Never stayed in a Sleep Inn before. It was pleasantly surprising. Very clean, beds were comfortable, typical continental breakfast. Had a Belgium waffle maker, pancake maker that was able to be set to how many pancakes you wanted, bagels, rolls, apple danishes, wrapped cookies, coffee was good. Despite the crowded soccer players at the hotel, Alexis was wonderful at always replenishing and had a smile on her face the entire time. Our team was able to put tables together for a true team breakfast and even took over the tv lounge the night before--a loud bunch but the staff was wonderful! They have an indoor pool and weight room but we did not take advantage of it. Multiple eateries close by. If in the area again, would return to this hotel.

We arrived very late in the evening with 6 tired adults and 6 exhausted children. The evening front desk employee “S” (I don’t want to put her full name) was an absolute angel. She was so incredibly friendly, gave us all the information we needed and loaded us up with some goodies. After an awful experience at another hotel the night before we were so grateful to be welcomed into the hotel by such a friendly person. Our rooms were spotless and beds were comfortable. We appreciated all of the surface areas in the room so our stuff wasn’t sitting on the floor. There were a ton of accessible outlets in the room so we could easily charge all of our electronics. And there were no nasty carpets in the rooms . Breakfast was good, no complaints. We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel especially for the price!

We stayed at this hotel for one night with my wife and two kids. We spent the day at legoland and decided to rest here for the night. We had a wonderful stay! Staff is very friendly and nice. Especially the staff who were taking care of the breakfast area. The room was spacious for a family of four. You can tell this building is fairly new. I liked the fact that they had a laundry room to clean our clothes. The complimentary breakfast was basic but it was enough for what we need. The fresh waffle maker is always a deal breaker with kids. I would definitely stay here again and would recommended this hotel to others.

We had our wedding after party at the late night bar in the lobby and had a blast. The staff had everything ready and set up for us and we’re very patient with our large (and rowdy) group. They made sure we were all taken care of and couldn’t have been more professional. Thank you to the staff and thank you to Kayla for helping us organize and plan it all!!

Stayed at this hotel with wife and a 1 year old baby for 10 months from January to September, 2024 for work. We could not praise enough everything about this hotel. The hotel is 3-4 years old but kept pristine, all the public areas and all the rooms we stayed at were 100% well kept, everything was modern and comfortable. Every single staff at the hotel were top notch, hospitable and personal, very helpful on all occasions. If you ever needed anything, they will do everything they can to help out, I couldn't say enough about the staff members. 100% great experience, from hotel amenities like the pool to breakfast, absolutely the best Residence Inn we ever stayed at, and I've worked all over the country and stayed at countless Marriott and Hilton hotels.

Hotel location is ok, not biased, there are many things around (the kind of driving for two or three minutes). Free parking is available. There are not many types of breakfast, normal, and can be full. The hotel room was quite nice and quite clean. There are gyms downstairs, not many people. In general, if you need to, you will choose to live here again.

I stayed here with my family. We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were cozy, it had very spacious rooms. We swam in the pool it goes from 3-5 feet. They have towels available. The complimentary breakfast is pretty decent, they have some hot options and some cold. The waffle station my daughter loved!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the highway. The transportation is convenient. Parking is free. The room is very clean. It is a rare good accommodation in a small town. The only drawback is that the soundproofing of the hotel room is average. You can seem to hear the noise in the next room, but this does not stop me from recommending it highly. , I will book it next time I go to the outlet.

Stayed here with a group of student athletes and coaches and can say our stay was awesome. It seems like they are just finishing renovations on the first floor, but the renovated room we were in was large, clean, and modern. Breakfast was above average for this type of Hilton, pool/hot tub/courtyard all great touches. Plenty of parking for cars, busses, etc. Will return when we are back in the area - good hotel for teams playing Army.

GGuest UserI can not explain how a Hilton property could let my experience be so awful. I booked a room here for 3 nights and paid $796.79 in advance and in full. A few days before my stay I got an email saying that the property was under renovation so I might be inconvenienced by construction noise between 9am and 5pm. I didn't love hearing that but I already paid for the trip and had planned events with friends there, so I went. The first morning I went into the bathroom to wash my face, brush my teeth, use the toilet, etc. but there was no water! I went to the lobby with my toothbrush and asked if there was a restroom with a sink in the lobby I could use. They said sorry, no the water is shut off for the entire hotel until 5 pm. Again... whaaat? So l had to drive to a gas station to use the bathroom. So gross. If only I had booked a nice hotel room somewhere, right? I had an event to go to at 5 pm that evening so I had to go without having had a shower. I did stop at a fast food restaurant to use their sink to brush my teeth again. The folks at the front desk were nice and almost guaranteed that Hilton properties would give me a refund for at least one night. They urged me to call and explain and let Hilton make it right with me. So when I got home I did just that. After a week I received an email stating that my room was paid in full in advance under a ”no refunds” policy. Honestly, I thought the ”no refund” policy was aimed at last minute cancellations, not the room being uninhabitable. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with Hilton for the awful experience and the awful customer service resolution I was given. Do better Hilton.

MMichael BTo me, a 5-star rating is highly unusual and means in all aspects, this business was outstanding. An exceptional value, this Holiday Inn Express exceeded all expectations. Clean room with everything working as it should. The blackout shade was close to the window meaning no light came in from the sides. The room and bathroom were spacious and well lit. The HVAC had a fan ON setting which I like for ”white noise” to sleep. The bathroom sink is raised so washing anything in it doesn't hurt my back by requiring me to bend. Breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. Every staff member I encountered was gracious and/or helpful. I cannot wait to go back!

GGuest UserWe started with very nice front desk personnel. Upon getting settled in our room, we found that the floor in the bathroom was VERY, VERY sticky. My shoes stuck to the floor - and there were other people's footprints left from who knows when. The woman at the desk suggested that too much cleaning solution was used, but that seems odd. It was more like the floor was coated with flypaper. We had to change rooms. No sticky floor in room #2, but the carpet is stained. The exhaust fans in both bathrooms were unbelievably loud. Both need to be replaced. There were wrappers on the hallway floor. To be fair, that could have happened after housekeeping went through. The elevator looks beat up too. Stained walls and door. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express hotels and generally liked them, but the whole appearance of this facility is just sub par. Management needs to step in and take charge of cleaning and maintenance.

GGuest UserThe room is small, the bathroom is smaller, the bathtub is difficult to get into, basically it can be said to be blocked. Winning is providing charcoal, you can point the fireplace in the living room, it is quite atmospheric. In the villa, several rooms have average sound insulation, and the sound of neighbors opening the door penetrates the room... The stone house is more distinctive, the nearby lake is very beautiful, the feeling in the forest, and the air is very good. Maybe it's better to come here in summer.

GGuest UserDIRTY DIRTY DIRTY (ROOM 116) Every surface looked like it was sprayed and wiped down with MILK. Floors had not been vacuumed. Lingering smell of previous smokers made the room stink bad. Desk had food crumbs dried and crusted stuck to surface. (?) HUMAN FLUID STAIN on bed cover. Pillows looked older than I am. Remote control was groady. Light fixtures where dusty and sticky. Bathroom seemed clean (surprisingly). Flooring is sinking and broken at bathroom entrance. Slept in my winter coat with gloves and socks ON TOP of second sheet. Did NOT sleep under covers, but my coat was warm enough. Didn't want my bare skin to touch any of the bedding. Slept with lights on just in case potential bugs wanted to crawl onto the bed by dark of night. Better to sleep in your car at a Walmart parking lot. Americas Best Value is Americas Grossest Hotel Stay. To management : please shut this place down and rebuild your rooms from top to bottom. REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE BELOW : When a diseased tree bears rotten fruit, it is of no benefit to seek an alternate fruit from the same tree. Such is the case with your hotel. After reading other reviews the next day, quite a number of hotel guests reacted with the same disgust as I had during my stay. So, what benefit would it have been to ask for an alternate room since the entire facility is ”diseased” when it comes to cleanliness and upkeep. I WILL SEND A COMPLAINT TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SO THEY CAN SEND AN OFFICIAL INVESTIGATOR.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing experience at the Howard Johnsons. Lou the night manager was absoletely amazing, who made us feel very safe. The rooms are clean and the beds was very comfy. Though, the breakfast was quite iffy… And the morningstaff was not very friendly.

邬邬The hotel is located on the high-speed side, the traffic is very convenient, very close to the Woodbury Outlets, half an hour's drive. You can also make an appointment to visit the nearby West Point Military Academy. Unfortunately, due to time problems, I did not go to the military academy to visit. I regretted it and hoped to make up for it next time. The floor is not high, only two floors, although very close to the road, but the night is very quiet. Have a simple breakfast, make waffles yourself, and toast.
