Room was filthy. Smoking all around property and balconies. No office to help you. Bed hard and lumpy and sofa broken. Ac only worked when it wanted to and rusted pipe that ran thru the hallways was duct taped up

The overall stay was pretty good. The day we checked in, it was raining. There were ceiling leaks by the elevators and in the hallway to our condo. The floor in the condo was sandy. We swept it and contained our sand to the entryway. Check in and check out was a breeze. We had trouble getting the TV to turn on even after having help over the phone. They sent the maintenance the next morning while we were out for breakfast. After that, we had TV service. I would recommend this facility for a short-term stay. The kitchen was well stock with plates, utensils and cookware. All appliances worked well. This was our third place to stay on our travels. Still wondering who teaches the cleaning people to make beds. This was the second place that we weren't sure what they were thinking when they changed the linens.

Everything was good except the pull out sofa mattress. It needs some improvement.
