Cozy, quiet and clean hotel. Breakfast cafe eas awesome - food fresh and tasty served by the excellent hostess Antoinette who made sure all patrons were happy and had plenty of food to eat. From the ladies at the front desk to the custodial staff hard at work everyone was helpful and friendly, especially Hollie.

We had to leave for an emergency. I forgot two pieces of clothing, a wedding band, pillow, and beach umbrella. I have called the hotel three times regarding this and they say they’ll call me back. I still haven’t heard back from them. I also purchased the travelers insurance. We only stayed one night and the emergency was something we couldn’t help. So now I’m out almost $800 and a few of my belongings. Management still hasn’t contacted me. I even asked for a partial refund if $100 and wasn’t given that. We aware if you have to leave for an unforeseen emergency that you will not get a partial refund, and if you leave your belongings they’ll act like they can’t find them.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful! Antoinette in the complimentary breakfast area was a standout!! She went above and beyond to make sure we knew about all the free kids activities they had planned for Labor Day weekend. She also worked nonstop every morning to make sure the breakfast area stayed stocked with hot food. Michelle was another standout! She makes the best milkshakes (outside by the pool) and also had a remedy for jellyfish stings. We did not encounter a single staff person who was not pleasant and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was to have had ocean or pool view with balcony. Instead we were placed on the first floor, outside doors did not open. Room was not very clean on arrival. Hotel knew what was expected in advance because of conversations I had before arriving. Food was so-so for breakfast. Have stayed in many ihg hotels before, this one I would not recommend or stay in again.
