The location was very good, on a street from the sea, a very nice view, the cleanliness left little to be desired and the ****** receptionist in front of us checked in with some Americans and even offered them bottles of water and was very friendly and with us she was very bad carienta and no water he offered us

We enjoyed our stay at this Fairfield Inn, it is the second time we stay here. The staff was very friendly and greeted us each time we entered the lobby, The breakfast was an added bonus to start our day.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. Cancelled our reservations, Hotel gym was filthy, missing 2 ceiling tiles, broke tv, no sanitizer towels, dirty towel laying on cabinet, trash was full for 3 days. Ran out of coffee and coffee cup sleaves at 8:55 am on a Sunday!

When my guest and I entered our room we were met with garbage on the floor , hair in the tub, the passed guests room keys still in the room and Dirty pillows and sheets. We called down to the desk for help. The man at the desk was apologetic but explained that all the maid staff had left already. He came up to the room and changed our sheets and pillows which we had to assist. Staff was nice but the rooms were disgusting
