I recently stayed at this hotel from October 1st to 5th. The room was very clean and overall, the hotel was good. However, I found the breakfast selection quite limited with not much variety. My biggest disappointment was the management's failure to repair the second elevator. Upon speaking to other guests, I learned that it had been out of service even before our arrival. Operating a seven-story hotel with only one functional elevator was far from ideal. At times, we had to wait excessively long just to go up or down, and it was clear other guests were frustrated as well. This issue significantly impacted our experience.

The hotel has an excellent location, convenient transportation, and complete surrounding facilities. The front desk staff is very user-friendly, responsive, and has a great attitude.
