Very nice place that I would return to but the water supply to the shower in our room stopped for over 24 hours. We asked for a new place to take a shower and the response was far too slow to allow for showering prior to leaving for the airport. Not pleasant after swimming in the ocean the day before. No offer of any sort to make up for the issue. The location was very good. If it weren't for the poor service, I would give the hotel a 4.5 / 5.0.

Courtyard by Marriott Aruba saved our trip! My boyfriend John and I just came home from 5 days (Aug 2022) in Aruba and we had an absolutely fantastic time! This wonderful hotel is a big reason why. We had reserved a different hotel weeks in advance of our trip and were looking forward to staying there. However, when we checked in we were less than satisfied (putting it mildly) and we quickly decided to try to find accommodations elsewhere. After trying a few places that were booked, we discovered the Courtyard by Marriott! We loved the beautiful and open outdoor check in area overlooking the huge, and lovely courtyard with bar and pool! We were feeling a little desperate at that point, and they were extremely helpful and were able to book us a room for a great price on the spot! The room was huge, and so beautiful with a great view of the pool. We were thrilled! We went back to the place we had initially reserved and politely requested our deposit back. We'd like to give a special shoutout to Tim, who helped us reserve our room, and Yolanda at the Allegra restaurant for her great energy and spirit. We will definitely be back! This was truly the perfect home base for what turned out to be a wonderful visit to One Happy Island, despite the somewhat rocky start. The hotel is new and modern, and every detail has been carefully thought out to provide the best experience for its guests. Situated in the heart of some of Aruba's most popular areas, the hotel provided easy access to some of the world's most stunning beaches. Just steps away from my room was Eagle Beach, with its clear turquoise waters and soft powder sand. And the service at the Embassy Suites was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had an unforgettable stay. Whether I needed recommendations for local dining or help booking excursions, the staff was always available and eager to assist. In summary, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba Resort is an ideal choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable vacation in Aruba. It was definitely an excellent choice when my husband made the reservation at this hotel. Hotel location and landscaping are outstanding. Close to all exterior and beach restaurants. Pools are nice and night swim feels good since the water is warm. The only negative point is thhe breakfast(so so basic for a 5 star hotel like Hyatt)

This is the friendliest and happy place on earth. The entire staff is accommodating as soon as you enter the resort. We love seeing Leabitt Reynoso at the palapa hut. His great personality along with others is the reason I will return to the Holiday Inn several times a year. We love this resort!
