Literie et propreté de l'hôtel ok. N'espérez pas prendre une douche chaude car eau tiède tout au plus et parfois des moments d'eau froide. Salle de bain a revoir. Le reste ok

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées avec une literie très confortable, et silencieuses. Le personnel de l'accueil est très accueillant, disponible et serviable. Quant au petit déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, il est très complet et de bonne qualité... même si une confiture locale serait appréciée (il faut bien un petit point d'amélioration).

We liked this hotel a lot. The room was typical Euro size so a bit compact by USA standards but neat, clean, tidy and everything worked properly. Good luggage storage area. The entrance to the hotel is around to the side, entering from the parking lot not directly under the sign on the busy street adjacent to the hotel. Desk clerk was friendly and with good English. She also served as bar keep. There is an elevator, but it does a 3 hop adjustment when it reaches your floor. Not a problem if you know it is coming. There was a safe and Kleenex but no wash cloths. There were pump toiletries and adequate towels. The room was dimly lit, not untypical in France. Parking is limited. The restaurant is lovely and the food excellent with a varied menu for dinner. Breakfast was basic with 2 choices of cold cuts, 2 cheeses, multiple breads and a coffee machine. We would stay here again.

Pas de climatisation !!! Une vraie fournaise !!! Chambre correcte sans plus. Partie commune vieillotte. Literie pas digne d’un 3 étoiles. Petit déjeuner ok mais le café n’est pas super bon. Pas de restaurant Lundi soir donc on nous propose une planche apéro : décevante aussi bien en quantité qu’en qualité. Rapport qualité/prix pas intéressant par rapport à une chaîne comme ibis par exemple.

Bien situé au cœur de la chaine des puys et aux portes de Clermont Ferrand cet hôtel est agréable; grande chambre confortable, personnel sympathique, bon restaurant, parking privé suffisamment grand. Rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour.
