They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. First of all, I would like to give a thumbs up to Ctrip customer service. The service is really humane. This hotel does not have random midnight snacks. The room reserved is the farthest. I was told that the family room in the hotel is the farthest. We booked breakfast for two adults and two children, but when we arrived at the front desk at night, we were asked to cancel the order and place the order in the store. They said that one child would be charged. If we place the order in the store, we donโt have to pay. We have been out for several times and two breakfasts are enough for two adults and two children wherever we go. Overall, the overall feeling is good. The room is large, but the front desk service needs to be improved.

Delicious afternoon tea snacks and a very good breakfast selection. My bed was big and comfortable. The shower had reusable products which smelt amazing! The seating in the room was very stylish and comfortable.
There was a convenience store next door too.
Would recommend if you are in the area!

GGuest UserFirst impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others.
The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

The price-performance ratio is good, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is good! There is a problem with the water in the shower room. The water cover must be removed, but water still leaks out. The glass door of the shower room is not sealed. I went out to play in the morning and returned to the hotel at 16:00 in the afternoon. Even the room was not cleaned. After the reaction, it was properly solved. The service response speed was not bad. The breakfast is very good. With the hotel room card, you can also go to the hot spring bathing center next to the hotel. The swimming pool there is very good, with few people and clean water. The hotel gave the guests fruits and travel bags, which is very considerate. There are free bottled water and fruits at the elevator entrance that can be taken freely.
