I am satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and front desk service, but the breakfast service is really poor. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and ends at 9:30, but when I went to have breakfast at 8:30, the restaurant was empty. No one was in charge and no one was responsible. The reception service at the front desk is really bad. I originally went to take a short break at noon. I arrived at the front desk at about 1:10 and waited for about 40 minutes. Check out at about 16:30. I had a problem and waited for 20 minutes.
