This hotel is very convenient to restaurants and attractions. The staff is friendly, and did well handling foreigners like us traveling without a tour guide. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. Would highly recommend to friends!

I like Yunyi very much! I had a very comfortable stay in Hohhot, so I chose Yunyi when I came to Dongsheng. The service at the front desk was also very good. I was very satisfied with everything. On Ctrip, you can redeem points for a breakfast and a free room upgrade, but it seems that there is no room upgrade after arriving at the hotel, but there is breakfast.

The hotel environment is very good, the room is clean, and the front desk is very welcoming. The best choice for business trips and vacations.

Move the car! ? The so-called parking lot in front of the hotel is a large open space shared with other hotels and restaurants. Vehicles are parked on top of each other. The aisle is only wide enough for one car to pass. If you return to the hotel late, the staff will guide you to park in the outer aisle or the most overlapping area. The outer layer, or asking you to park across the street or in the community, is simply outrageous! If there is no parking service, please tell me that there is no such thing. This unpleasantness does not happen until you arrive at the hotel after prepaying the room fee. No one staying in a hotel would want to be woken up by a knock on the door at 6:30, telling you to move your car! After waiting at the front desk for 40 minutes for the store manager to find no one, why didn’t the waiter knock on the store manager’s door? Later, I was told that the manager was sleeping in the dormitory, and I was told that the keys can be left at the front desk for valet parking. Why didn't I tell them when I parked the car and checked in? What's the point of saying this after moving the car? There is no sincerity in solving the problem. The manager has been emphasizing whether the parking guides are clearly informed about the possibility of moving the car. If they are not informed, they will be strengthened for training. They did not admit that there was any deceptive consumption behavior, and they all blamed the parking issue on whether the conductor warned about the possibility of moving the car. In addition to the parking problem, the sanitation is also not clean. There is a lot of dust and residue on the ground visible to the naked eye. There are hairs on the hand towels in the bathroom and hair on the drink bottles in the refrigerator. The management is very poor.

We decisively booked Yunyi Hotel for three nights in Hohhot. It felt like home.
