Çok güzel bir lokasyonda, çok güzel bir otel. Ordu'nun güzelliğini izlemek için müthiş bir durak. Odalar ferah, çalışanlar müthiş ilgili ama ille de manzarası. Resepsiyondan housekeepinge kadar tüm çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü çok memnun etti.

Odaların hijyeni ve dizaynı, restorant, servis, yemekler bunların hepsi çok iyiydi. Fakat akşam yemeği sonrası çay içmek istediğimizde 1 bardak çayın 25 TL olması bizi çok şaşırttı bu durumdan memnun kalmadık. Bunun haricinde konaklamamızda herhangi bir memnuniyetsizlik yaşamadık. Ayrıca restorantın manzarası çok hoştu.

Otelde yemekler, hizmet ve çalışan ilgisi çok üst düzeyde. Bar bölümü mevcut. Akşam yemeğe personel tarafından servis ediliyor, kahvaltı ise serpme. Lezzet olarak yeterli. Odaları geniş ve temizdi. Otelin en büyük sıkıntısı yol tarafına bakan odalarda araç sesi inanılmaz çok geliyor. Odaya girdiğimizde cam açık zannetmiştik. Klima yeterliydi.

3 yataklı oda tutmamız rağmen deniz manzaralı diye 2 kişilik yatağı olan oda verildi. Çocuk için ayrı yatak talebimiz de kafile geleceği nedeniyle reddedildi. Daha kapsamlı açıklamalarla müşteri bilgilendirilip ona göre oda tahsisi yapılsa iyi olur.
