Room was ok, hotel was a bit poorly maintained. No shampoo and missing towels in room. Breakfast was meh, not many choices and overcrowded. However, it's one of the cheapest hotels around, biggest plus point.

I have booked with this hotel 3 times now and about to book my 4th, the rooms are a little out dated but clean, the staff are friendly and the poolside tikki bar is amazing, the pizzas are great they even cook things not on the menuif you ask nicely. You can use your phone to control the washing machines so you don't need a bag full of change, the WiFi is good and the signal is also good. 7Eleven and Walmart are close by, it's the cheapest hotel close to the attractions and it's worth it.

The bathroom had black mold all over, the bedsheets had stains, the walls had stains, the floor had stains. The door had water damage and the room reeked of humidity. The clerk was asleep with a pillow when we arrived and reeked of ****.

Good place for the price, nice location. Close to everything!
Staff was super helpful and kind.

No words can describe the horror… if you like black mold and personel that don’t give a …. Then DO book this hotel.
If you want a decent hotel with good pesonnel that want your holiday to be a success then look further and don’t consider this hotel!!

The TV was not working saying 'No Internet Connection'. I couldn't get any answer when I phoned Reception many times. When I reported it to Reception when checking out, he wasn't really interested and made on note or sign that he was going to have it looked out. Also, on leaving, my Apple phone battery was dead & didn't seem to be taking a charge so as visiting from the UK, all forward travel information & contacts were in the phone so I found myself completely helpless. I was asking the guy on reception for help & assistance but he found me very much an inconvenience whilst appearing to be idle. He eventually googled the nearest Apple Store and gave me the directions. As for breakfast, it was so sparse with scrambled egg & meat pattie the only option with sliced bread but facility to toast it.

An economical hotel with a great location. The breakfast is basic, very basic, and this hotel is for those looking to save money. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean when I arrived. I stayed for 6 nights and it was never cleaned. The towels are thin, but they do the job. They asked for a $50 deposit, and I'm still waiting for the refund, which they said could take 3 to 7 days.
