Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista

The room was pretty good, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was decent; it was quite busy, but they had the basic food items. There was a slightly wider variety than the previous Best Western, though still limited. The Mickey Mouse waffles were a fun touch. The hotel's shuttle service to Universal and Disney was much more frequent than the last place. It seems there's a hotel in front and one behind, but they use large buses, so they don't detour much, and there are always plenty of seats. The only drawback was moving from the Fairfield Inn south of the Vineland Outlets to this one on the east side. Looking at the map, the distance seemed similar, and I thought it would also be a 10-minute walk, but it actually required crossing a highway with no pedestrian access, making it a 50+ minute walk. This meant I couldn't just pop out for shopping whenever I wanted and had to take a taxi, which added a bit of inconvenience. So, on the last half-day, I just stayed at the hotel, missing the chance to stroll to the outlets and snag some cheap Lululemon. Oh well, for the price of 600 RMB a night for a room with two beds and breakfast, what more can you ask for? Overall, it was still fantastic, and both the hotel staff and guests were very friendly.

The place was very nice and clean. They speak Spanish :) The breakfast is the same every day, there should be more variety. The front desk service at check-in was excellent. I had a problem with my room keys, so I went to the front desk for help. I was assisted by Veronica, who maintained a professional attitude; however, I perceived little empathy for the situation I was going through. During the interaction, she took my room keys, stating that the room wasn't mine, and asked me to show my passport to validate my identity and reservation. She even linked the card I handed her to another person and told me the room belonged to a different guest. Fortunately, I was later helped by another receptionist, who reviewed the case, identified the problem, and quickly resolved it, giving me new keys to access my room. He also explained that the issue had originated from a recent system migration. I think it's important to share this experience, as the situation caused me concern and discomfort, and I believe more empathetic service and prior validation of information would have helped resolve the problem in a better way.

What a fantastic hotel! Super friendly staff, beautiful rooms, a great breakfast, and a fantastic location – the parks are reasonably close by. Staying here is a breath of fresh air. A solid 10/10!

The location is convenient, with several restaurants and gift shops nearby. It's about a 20-minute walk to Disney Springs. Highly recommend staying here!

The place is very beautiful and the staff's attention is very kind. You just have to tell them to clean every day because otherwise, no one will come in to clean. Other than that, all the service was excellent.

The facilities are in need of more maintenance. Everything looks very worn out.
